Close to the beach, city and water views with a full kitchen
This hotel is great value. It's a 1-2 minute stroll to the beach. The room was very clean with nice but not luxurious fittings. We were at the back of the building but had great views of the Honolulu skyline, the hills behinds, and from the balcony we could see a big piece of ocean. The full kitchen was really helpful for cooking for family with food allergies. The Food Pantry supermarket is only a couple of blocks away. It's also very convenient to the Alamo Car Hire lot which is in the same city block. Bedding was really comfortable, and we appreciated the daily servicing. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The airconditioning was an 'in wall' evaporative air conditioner in the sitting room. It struggled to cool the whole apartment, but the ceiling fan in the bedroom was great. We opened the windows and balcony doors when we were in the apartment, letting in beautiful breezes.
hotel lobby is nice and beautiful, great location 1-2 blocks from Waikiki beach. close to the mall and many restaurants. also close to grocery store. Condo has kitchen, we ate breakfast in the room. save us lot of money.
Upgraded, modern, clean, friendly, beach is close
I am extremely happy with my stay at this hotel. It is only one block from the beach. The ocean views are real ocean views. The one-bedroom apartment we were in had a full kitchen, all modern and very clean. Painted newly. It has a Huge Lanai overlooking the sea. Just gorgeous views . The hotel room service is the best To None.! They are extremely responsive, within five minutes, fixing any problem or bringing extra supplies to the room. The staff are outstanding and extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.
Very close to the beach, only hotel with kitchenette
This hotel is very close to the beach. In case you are travelling with family or you want access to your kind of food, go for the rooms with the kitchenette. Also, opt for the rooms with the ocean view. The bathrooms are small, a bit untidy and have old fittings. There is no restaurant which belongs exclusively to the hotel. However, all eatries are very close by. The shuttle service to the shopping mall is a bit erratic. The staff at the front desk are helpful. I think this hotel is actually value for money.
Heart of Waikiki
This place is great, we stayed for 9 days in room 2201 and the view and the staff was great, room was perfect for us , we had a couch , dining room table and a comfy bed, the kitchen had a 2 burner stove, fridge, and all the dishes you need to cook anything you want, they do have a shuttle to take you to Ala-Moana which is a huge mall and I suggest you get a map for it cause you can get lost in it, it’s that big. Or you can get on a bus and purchase a day pass for $5:50 a person on (the bus) and it will take you anywhere you want to go, well worth it. There is a place called Hawaii tour and travel we used to book our tours that is a block down the street for this hotel they are very reasonably priced and pick up location for the tours are just a block down the street, so this was very convenient. We look forward to coming back in a couple years and will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Aqua Pacific Monarch. These are just a couple photos from our lanai balcony. Beautiful view!
