    Catfished by room 2502

    This room was a total catfish. Looked absolutely nothing as advertised. The shower was smaller than the one in my camper and didn't contain a tub. had hair all in the shower. The couch was filthy. Completely stained fabric. We had to put a layer down with a towel to even feel comfortable sitting on it. The furniture is so worn and wobbly. If they advertised this room in their photos prior to booking, I would have stayed elsewhere. I do have to say the pool area was nice and so was the lounge. The room just missed the mark in terms of cleanliness.

    Great views terrific location

    Great location. Easy walk to beach. Comfortable unit that was clean and had great views. Unit and furniture are dated but you can look past that as an air conditioned unit with lots of windows and a balcony are hard to come by. Loved the outlook. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. Unit 2803

    Location, Location, Location!

    I've stayed in Waikiki many times and this is the spot you want to be! Location is perfect right off Kuhio Ave. You walk out of the hotel, go right and the beach is a block away, right on the strip! The marketplace is several blocks, restaurants and food trucks everywhere! Room was great with as full kitchen, large lanai with amazing views and COLD AC! Staff is awesome, parking is easy and reasonable. Book now, you won't regret it Aloha

    Please update the hotel

    I feel the hotel was super dated, and the hotel smelled like mold and mildew. The room furniture was extremely dated. I wouldn’t stay again and would spend a bit more for a better more comfortable stay. I will say one thing that was awesome was the parking at $35/day wasn’t bad.

    A gem close to Waikiki Beach

    Pleasantly surprised by this gem of a hotel. We stayed at a room on the 13th floor with full Ocean view at Pacific Monarch which was breathtaking and at a very reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area. Very spacious rooms with a kitchen which was well equipped. The bed as well as sofa bed along with soft pillows were very good. Plenty of furniture including dining table within the room and on the balcony with amazing view. The hotel is within 3 minutes' walk to the beach, Waikiki Market, International shopping centre. Plenty of food joints around the hotel. Car parking charges was one of the cheapest at USD 35 per day. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop (34th floor) with seating decks and BBQ with 360-degree uninterrupted view. The housekeeping service was very prompt. A special thanks to Danny at reception who was always ready to serve with a smile. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again on our next trip to Honolulu.
