Mar 11, 2025Great location, noise from outside is problematic, but, location, location, location for me is more important.
Unfortunately the pillows weren't my kind, I went out and purchased 2 pillows for my stay. The towels / sheets were OK. 9th floor balcony, afforded me a city view that I choose and the sliders worked well and I was able to keep them open, day & night which I loved.

This hotel is very run down and completely outdated. Tiny bathrooms, tiny rooms, uncomfortable double beds, and I couldn't get hot water in the shower late at night. If you need a cheap place to stay in Waikiki - ok. But you'll get what you pay for.

good service!
The coffee at the front desk was good. The staff was also very friendly. I was especially happy that the room cleaner wrote me a letter. I was surprised because even in Japan, the room cleaner don't send letter. It was handwritten in pencil. Thank you.

Mar 02, 2025Disgusting Disappointing Miserable Accommodation - Warning Do Not Book
WARNING - My Birthday Vacation was ruined after booking this accommodation I was checked into a room that had stains and hairs on the beds / curtains, chairs, & lamps were dirty/ refrigerator wasn’t cold and leaking water into the carpet/ room had a musty mildew smell / No HOT Water Male Supervisor gave no options for moving rooms - forced a one night stay in a room that was not suitable for four children (4, 7, 8, & 11) and charged $60 for valet cause my vehicle size GO BOOK HYATT CENTRIC WAIKIKI BEACH!!!

On Priceline this hotel was promoted as a 3 star hotel. While clean and freshly painted, everything is several decades old and looked very dated. Hot water only lukewarm. Staff was very friendly. There is a swimming pool out back. Not worth paying as much as nearby chain hotels.
