Recommend this hotel for Management responsiveness

After a shaky start to our vacation we are pleased to share that our vacation ended very very well! A special shout out to activities lead Kristy who took the time to ask guests at the pool how their time was and based on my feedback arranged our restaurant reservations. She also passed our concerns to Director of Guest Services, Melvern, who very graciously heard our feedback and did everything she could to make the remainder of our stay very pleasant indeed. We had a wonderful last few days, staff were attentive to our needs and helped greatly with my food allergies, even somehow finding me gluten-free bread. The pool area which merges onto the beach is beautiful and super convenient and there’s lots of loungers. The meals we had in Aqua (Italian) and Nikkei (Japanese) were really good. I recommend this hotel as the management want to hear feedback and want their guests to have a good time. Also I trust that they will take our specific feedback and make improvements for all other guests! Thanks to Melvern Williamson and Chevaz Chambers for genuinely caring and ensuring that we had a great time

Completely enjoyed a long overdue vacation!

From the time we arrived to this resort, it was fantastic! The staff was very friendly, the entire resort was clean (very important to me), the food was wonderful, the drinks were great! We've already decided we will be going back and after telling friends and family about this place, others are planning to visit as well. When you look at the pictures online and "hope" the beach is really going to be that great and get there and IT IS - that's amazing! The water was so clear, you could stand and see your feet from waist deep. We opted for the Level at Melia and thoroughly enjoyed it! The rooms were clean, with plenty enough space and we even had a roll away for our son. The food was delicious! We loved being able to sit out by the beach, order food, drinks and the staff would bring it to us. We never felt like we were bothering anyone, the friendliness of the staff was great! Our time at the beach was enjoyable, we even took advantage of the free sunscreen available at the Level hut LOL. If you try the Asian restaurant, I highly recommend the Beef Short Rib - so good! The grilled shrimp on the outdoor menu for the beach area was absolutely delicious - we literally ate it everyday, along with the ceviche, the chicken wrap, great burgers, gyro, etc... I was probably a little surprised that for an all inclusive resort there was 1 restaurant not included, but a -15% discount was offered (the steakhouse) and that the menus for the other sit down restaurants had some exclusions, unless you wanted to pay extra. Other-than-that, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
