    Girls trip 2019

Everything was amazing! Property is absolutely beautiful. The room was great with a perfect view of the long pool and beach. Plenty of beach space and areas. The food was great! Staff was friendly and always helpful. I previously read some bad reviews from people about the dirty carpets and having no wash cloths. Fortunately for us our room wasn’t on the side with dirty carpets and i brought my own wash cloths after reading the reviews. Overall i had an amazing stay!!

Lobby outside bar is where it’s at!

Javron, Kyle, Joel, Damian, and Nicola were AMAZING. And when I say amazing, I mean the best staff you have. All the bartenders in the lobby bar! I really only drink Moscow mules, but the resort didn’t have ginger beer, but Javron went and found ginger, and made homemade ginger beer for me, the entire trip! When that ran out, the next day he purchased and brought in ginger beer, WOW! All of us were impressed, the other gentleman and Nicola were friendly, attentive, fun! Kyle gave me some Jamaican money because I wanted some to have, I thought that was so cool, they made my experience worth coming back. Basically they made our trip at the resort! They were friendly with my husband, and all my friends!!! If they didn’t know a drink, they’d just ask what are the ingredients, instead of the other staff that simply just said no. They all were professional, they all deserve a raise!!! Gerrick down by the beach bar was a ton of fun! Go visit him, just stay away from the swim up pool bar, extremely rude and unprofessional staff! Which is a shame, because that’s suppose to be the fun bar, they put a damper on our experience. Thank you Javron again, for making our experience that much better, thank you for going above and beyond any expectations I had!

    Rude staff

The hotel is very nice but starting to look rundown. The service from the employees was horrible. For example in the buffet the female servers have the nerve to kiss there teeth at you and give dirty looks when asking for water or coffee politely. When asking the staff to bring you water some staff would make you wait 10min while walking around you and ignoring you and pretending to serve other individuals in the same section as you. Last time I checked the water comes from the tap not the well. Security staff is ready to jump you when you are walking threw the luxury side to go to the bike rental area. If you do not want non luxury guest walking threw the luxury side, the hotel needs to move the bike rental services. To treat people like 3rd class citizens when innocently trying to find something on the resort is discusting. Individuals pay to be welcomed on the resort. Food in the buffet is whatever. You will forsure find hot dogs and pasta mixed together. If that's your cup of tea then so be it. Do not go to the elacarte Italian resturant. The food is visually disturbing. The non luxury side of the beach had a beautiful view. The WIFI is $9 for the week. The hotel also has blockers so your cellphone will not work to make out going long distance calls because they want you to buy the WIFI to use WhatsApp. The last day of our stay the wifi cord was broken and non of the TVs in the hotel worked. Therefore we weren't able to use WhatsApp or the long distance plan on our cellphone. Off the resort my phone and the service in Jamaica was perfect. The entertainment at night wasnt the greatest. Jamaica is a beautiful destination of choice, that is why my family and I had a good trip but other than that I would choose another hotel in St. Anne's Bay.
