Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms.
Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.

My daughter & I stayed at Reflect Krystal Grand for a week in June 2019 and had an absolutely spectacular time. Each and every staff member was gracious/kind and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. The Event Staff put together a perfect balance of events for any traveler. We made so many fantastic connections with other families on this trip and are already anticipating another visit to this resort. We highly recommend it! Thank you for going above and beyond Christian, Jose-Louis, Melissa and Emma!
Just came back from spending a week at Krystal Grand. I had a great time with the family. The hotel is very family oriented. Want to thank all the employees for making my stay super pleasant:Victor, Alfredo,Socorro,Eduardo, Jose Luis, Erika, Flor and David. Thank you for your service. The food was amazing and the entertainment was great. My favorite was the Mariachi night. Really recommended this place and will definitely go back.
Girls Trip done Well
We had a lovely time. Easy check in- but we were immediately guided from the check in desk to the time share sales desk. They called it VIP check in but it's seriously just time share shenanigans. Deal with the actual (and completely lovely and kind) person who helps book outside adventures next to the concierge. Shouts out the concierge who let me use her own computer to send a work email! Room was clean, sofa bed was ok, balcony was awesome. We didn't pay for an expensive suite so we got what we expected. Cleaning staff was awesome - extra blankets, towels, whatever we asked for. Buffet is pretty standard but tasty. Lots of things we can't get at home. Themed restaurants are pretty cool - the tapas and martini place is terrible. Service was non existent there and the drinks tasted weird. Judging from the lack of traffic there, I believe this was the consensus during our stay. Had a lovely time and the pool side service was top notch. Will absolutely go back.

Beautiful Views and Great Staff but fell short in some areas
My wife and 2 adult children wanted to get away and relax so we came here because we were able to great a good deal and it had an “adult only”tower. The rates were good but the “adults only” tower WAS NOT “adults only” ARGH! This was VERY disappointing as we just wanted some quiet adult time. The food was ok with Risotto being our favorite. The staff everywhere was very nice especiallyJuan and the manager at Risotto as well as Enrique the bartender on top of the “adult only(not) tower. We also had difficulty staying away from smokers. Sure wish this was a non-smoking property. Rooms were nice and the views from our rooms were great as well as from the rooftop area(a must see). Hearing the waves crashing from our balcony almost made up for the noises from the many children in the tower. Very disappointed that we paid extra to be in a quiet adult only tower that wasn’t. The blonde food/drink attendant by adult pool was great. Another concern we had, and many other guests did as well, was that the property advertised “drink of the day” but we were told various times at different bars that they did not have the necessary ingredients for their advertised drink of the day. The same thing happened with a few of the food items on their menus. Disappointing. Overall a decent trip for our family, but we were hoping for a great trip as we aren’t able to get away very often together.
