SPRING BREAK POLICY - IBEROSTAR HOTELS AND RESORTS is a family-oriented environment. Bookings traveling in the months of March and April will be subject to the following conditions:

  • The minimum age requirement for check-in is 18. One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in.
  • In the event that any guests engage in inappropriate behavior or cause physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the said guest without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

STUDENT/YOUTH GROUPS POLICY - In order to maintain a family-oriented environment, Iberostar Hotels and Resorts will be implementing a policy directed at student/youth groups. Students/youth are considered by the hotel as any person between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy instituted for all bookings traveling in the months of March and April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:

  • All student/youth groups must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
  • In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

    After missing it for four years still the same - EXCELLENT

    We're traveling a lot, twice or more every year, trying to see more places, attractions, resorts etc,.This year in October, we decided do go again to Jamaica and stayed in Iberostar Grand Rose Hall Adults only All Inclusive resort. Last time was in Fall 2015. Since that time, almost nothing was changed there: same great service, food, drinks etc,. We've got a coupon book to be used inside resort for different services. They offer now a breakfast and tour to see entire resort ( actually they offer you to buy a timeshare for very high price), but very gently, soft, no pressure. We took the tour, because as a bonus they'll give you $150 Iberostar money vouchers could be used toward spa. We spend 2 hours in a morning including breakfast time, refuse to buy a Timeshare for $10000 final price (started from $30000) and got our bonus vouchers. We did take the Massage Under Stars for two. It was amazing (highly recommended). The price was $360 plus tax, got two coupons $45 each plus $150 vouchers. Finely at check out I paid for this excellent massage $150.Beach, pool, rooms everything is clean and good kept.Only one negative experience: CHECK IN. I paid for early flight from New York (more expensive), we came to resort at 11:30 am and we got to our room at 4:30 pm. 5 hours waiting, talking to front desk Manager, walking around sweating only for one reason: we asked for room in building 6, but they said nothing available, only building 5, which is far away from all restaurants , lobby and pool. After many non-result attempts and " will try to help", I gave up and we agreed to take room in building 5. We were escorted to the room, our luggage was delivered to the room and at this point was a radio call to staff member from front desk: one room is ready for us in building 6 because "somebody refuse it". Unbelievable, we went back, took the room (it was another three empty on this floor) and it was HAPPY END. Just lost 5 hours our vacation time to talk to those "nice" people, thanks. From this point another 10 days staying in the resort were perfect.

    Wonderful place to Chillax while being pampered

    If you want be spoiled while chillaxing this is the place to Go. We have been to other Adults only inclusive resorts in other countries/properties, the service at this one is exceptional. I’d like to give a special shout out to Ms. CC our assigned conceirge who made sure to go over in detail what the property had to offer and ask us what we wanted to do while in Jamaica and checked on us everyday to see if we needed anything, Michelle G at guest services who i emailed before our stay and got us all the reservations at restaurants we wanted, Rory our night butler who made sure I got all the amenities I requested ( like multiple refills of the dark chocolate at the mini bar) , the tireless housekeepers who cleaned my room 2x a day at the times I wanted, the wait staff at the ala cart restaurants ( with the exception of the French/gourmet one who was definitely not on his game that night), the beach wait staff, entertainment staff, the towel lady and Ms, Shakira at the spa -Thank you! I understand why This property has so many repeat customers , we would come back in a heartbeat!

    Terrible quality and no Jamaican culture

    Iberostar is a place to go only if you don't care to realise you are in Jamaica. There are no local foods, drinks or style. Additionally, the quality is not nearly on par with other hotels on the island. It is the place to go for a cheap and unlimited food and drinks...except it isn't cheap. Specifics to highlight: -The gym is only open from 7 am to 7 pm daily. -Food is not available at key times - 5 pm, for example. -I ordered room service - received a can of soda without a class and no silverware. The comment was they assumed I could eat with my hands. -Room walls are very thin and not at all sound proof. I would recommend the S Hotel in Montego Bay as a great, much classier alternative. If you want to go the all inclusive route, the Hyatt is better.

    Iberostar grand rose hall butler service

    This is one of the best hotels in Jamaica . The place is beatifiul and the service is outstanding. I stayed here for a few days with my family and it was great, they provided us with everything we needed. The best part about the trip was the 24/7 butler service. The butlers for my family were the nicest and most helpful people we ever met. Anyone staying here should definitely request Roberto and Craig as their personal butlers, their service is unmatched! These two butlers specifically made my family’ stay at the iberostar a wonderful experience!

    Best All Inclusive Resort!!

    Our travel agent suggested this resort and I can’t thank him enough!!! From the moment we arrived until the dreaded wrist band cutting we were treated amazingly!!! Our butlers Rory and Donovan took great care of us and were there for whatever we needed! We tried each of the restaurants and each one of them was delicious!! Our room was perfect and has everything we needed. Now for the entertainment staff and notch!!! I left there with several new friends!! Jermaine, Shane, Keon and Powell made the best drinks and were so fun!!! Everyday we were greeted by name and were entertained by Lisa, Coco, CC, Strawberry, Hashtag and Ricky-D. They are amazing!!!! Hang on to them!!! We were sad to leave and already miss them! This was by far the best vacation thanks to all of these people plus others not mentioned. We are already planning a return trip this summer. Thank you Iberostar Grand Rose Hall!!!
