Great place to stay
We enjoyed our 25tj anniversary trip to Zoetry in Punta Canta. The resort is spectacular and the staff was exceptional in all aspects. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent along with the service. The beach was fantastic.
Hawaii in the Atlantic
Marcelo in the lobby bar was the star of Zoetry everyone loved him.Maria and Paloma were so friendly and warm greeting us at each meal.Alejadro was super helpful when i asked to see sundays football games,he provided the whole day and night for us with our own private villa with too much food and drink and our own pool. Legend.Naroibi was very helpful at the spa. Carlos, Ramon,Jendlier,very good to us and most helpful. Chef Maximo and the other Chefs went out of there way to give us authentic Dominican lunches once we had fresh lobster. Outstanding. It was a perfect trip thanks to the people at Zoetry and the place was so well manicured it felt like i was ROYALTY. I would love to go back.
Best beach out of all the Zoetry Properties. Friendly and welcoming staff and service. Unlimited pampering. Butler service available around the clock and you can communicate via WhatsApp with your butler for any request whether Spa treatment or flight confirmation. Specially prepared a la cart meals everyday. Peaceful and serene environment; if you want a party hotel, book somewhere else. Very Clean. Quiet and Safe! Swim up pools rooms are ideal for after a long day at the beach. Dominican food is amazing! Unlimited Pampering is an understatement! They truly make you feel like royalty here.
Best Vacation Resort Ever!!
Zoetry Aqua Resort is beyond amazing!!!! It’s a PARADISE! It was super relaxing and so much fun. The infinity pool was so cool. Our room was so beautiful. The food was so delicious! The service was fabulous and all the staff are beyond excellent. Santa gave us the best massage...it was incredible!! We had the best vacation ever. All the staff were so nice, friendly, so welcoming and we were treated like family. Thank you for giving us the best service ever. Special thanks to the people who took great care of us at Zoetry and definitely made our vacation simply awesome!! Thank you for your beyond excellent services specially to Alejandro, Marcelo-lobby bar, Maria, Paloma, Topacio, Carlos, Ramón, Humbierto, Estefani, Naroibi, Jendlier, Chef Máximo & Juan Carlos. Relaxation at Its Best
Just returned from 5 nights at Zoetry Agua Punta Cana. This was the second time for us at this resort. Absolutely beautiful beach and pools, food was very good and always hot, drinks were hit and miss. The workers are awesome - our favorites- Ingrid, Jenny, Frank and Domingo. Service was great all the time except the last breakfast. Room service was very fast and arrived hot. Maid service in the room was fantastic - always special with flowers, etc. Mini bar was not stocked one day but when we informed our butler we had waters and beer within 5 minutes - same was true with shampoo and conditioner. Laundry service was good but took over 24 hours. We stayes in a 2 bedroom villa that gave us access to the small living room area and a plunge pool. The King bedroom my husband and I were in was lovely. However the 2 double bed room our daughter in was horrible, smelly, dark and had bugs. The resort was at very low occupancy with a couple of the restaurants closed each day. We did a sip, savor and see to Now Onyx on our last night - ate at the steak house and had the best meal of our trip!! We enjoyed our complementary 20 minute massages and the hydro therapy circuit - I booked another massage the following day and they left me sit for over 40 minutes and said they had a mix up in the books. Our butler was nice and very responsive to our needs when something was less then expected. My biggest complaint about the resort is that they consistently run of certain brands of liquor. One night they were out of Baileys and Bombay Sapphire, another night Grey Goose and our last night there they had no Bombay, Tanqueray, Frangelico, Kaluhua, Baileys, Absolute and Grey Goose. A resort at this level should never run out of so many liquors.
