    Beautiful Resort with a Great Beach

    We did an all-inclusive stay. Divi little bay is absolutely gorgeous with an awesome beach and excellent food. You have some outstanding employees who deserve recognition! Wendy at The Shack is a true gem! She is welcoming, friendly and outgoing! Yamacia at the coffee shop is bright and cheery! Veronica in housekeeping is exceptional! Marcia, Paul and the rest of the breakfast crew is terrific! Tracy at Sea Breeze is great! Madeline at Gizmos is super! Winston bartender is great! Alexander, Xavier and Roger in transportation are super! Sophia in concierge is helpful! This is your exceptional staff! I know we didn't meet everyone, but we found the remaining staff we did meet less then helpful, disengaged and not necessarily friendly. These employees could use some motivational employee morale! Aqua Mania is wonderful! They provide a constant supply of ocean toys and beach equipment! And the market and shops at Divi are, an added bonus for convenience without having to leave the resort! Looking forward to possibly staying with you again in the future!

    Wonderful resort

    We stayed last week for 4 days, it was a wonderful holiday. The resort is clean, rooms are very nice, restaurants are great and the beach is very amazing. We had all inclusive treatment and it was very good.

    Paradise with a smile.

    When we checked in after a very long day we were given a large third floor suite in building 11. My wife is still recovering from knee replacement and I am far from in shape. The thought of climbing the hill and then 3 flights of stairs would have made our two week vacation painful and arduous. We accepted the room for the night with hopes of changing to a lower building on the main floor the next day. When we checked back the next morning we were told there was nothing else available yet but to check back later that afternoon once departures and new arrivals were complete. At 2pm on Sunday we were back at the front desk hoping for good news. The desk person went to get the supervisor and he listened to our plight. He offered us a ground floor suite in building 1 for the first week and move to another ground floor suite for the second week or a second floor suite for both weeks in building 7. We opted to take the second floor option. It turned out to be ideal for the two weeks. Thanks to your efforts we had our best vacation ever.

    "First time visitor".

    We wanted to try a new island so we tried St Maarten. We stayed at Divi Divi @Little Bay. We read many reviews prior to our stay and were a little concerned about some of the negativity around the attitudes of the staff. My husband and I traveled with another couple who we have traveled with a few times. We all thought the reviews scared us but we were pleasantly surprised and pleased. We found most of the staff to be very pleasant and inviting. Ya, there were a few that weren't as openly friendly but that happens everywhere. We had several memorable interactions with staff. At Gizmo's we had a lot of fun with Jeremy the bartender and Shamilla the waitress. Shamilla has a big smile and and a great attitude and sense of humor. Marcia, one of the supevisors, seemed to be working every day and always had a big smile and a greeting like we were long lost friends. At Pure Ocean restaurant we had a great time with Gilberto our waiter. Maria Nika was the hostess every day we came to breakfast and she was great. We had dinner at Pure Roc and Shadday was our waitress. She's only been there for 6 months and she was very personable and knew her stuff. The men in our party teased her and she gave it back in great style. We also met with Ann Marie the general manager at the manager cocktail party and she appears very genuine and working very hard to make this a "go to" destination. She works hard at building teams and takes great pride in her staff and the resort. We had a couple of suggestions which she listened to and acknowledged. Overall we enjoyed the resort. Our suite was always clean and the grounds were well kept. They have done well to rebuild after the hurricane. Another choice of restaurant would have been nice for dinner. The breakfast buffet was good with many offerings from fruit loops to a waffle/omelet station. We like all inclusive packages because you pay up front for your services therefore you can come and go as you please. The resort has guests sign a tab for bar and restaurant services whether you are staying as a guest or an all inclusive guest. It was frustrating to have to wait to sign before we left the restaurant or the beach. The views of the ocean, the cruise ships and the various sail boats was beautiful. My friend and I had a facial and a massage in the spa. The price was reasoanable and the service was fabulous! Overall it was a very nice vacation and i do believe we will visit DiviDivi and Little bay again!

    Walking into my 45th Birthday like a Boss!

    The resort was amazing. Locals advised the island was destroyed by Hurricane Irma in 2017. Divi Little Bay was reconstructed by May 2018. There is still devastation on this island but the locals make the best of it and enjoy life. Divi Little Bay is an amazing property but there certainly have room for improvement. There was black mold in the bathroom of my room. There was not a screen on my patio door and the mosquitoes ate me alive especially at night. The food at the resort was ok at best with the exception of The Shack. Everything that came from The Shack was delicious. The lady waitress, I forget her name but her personality is memorable. She was the most pleasant woman. Speaking of employee’s who made my stay at Divi Little Bay extraordinary they are: Madeline at Gizmo’s, Alex and Eddy in resort transportation, Tracy (the restaurants) and the tall female service supervisor (I forgot her name) my room attendant (I forget her name) and Davin at the Thrifty Car Rental hut. 😁 In all honesty the service could have been better in some area’s. Staff wasn’t always the friendliest and my tipping reflected the service received. My experience was still absolutely fabulous and I am sure to return for another stay.
