    Wonderful Stay

We arrived here for my 30th birthday and we could not have had a better experience! Everyone was so friendly, from Delton the Aloha Ambassador to Debbie in reception and Yui in the spa! Not to mention, everyone in their concierge team was incredibly helpful. They helped us have a memorable trip without any flaws. They were accommodating, kind, and willing to share their ideas on how to best spend our time while on the island. The resort was a beautiful place to stay for a calm day by the beach or pool, and a great landing pad after a long day exploring other areas of the island. It is located north of Kona which we absolutely loved since we wanted to be a bit secluded. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to go! We will see you soon. Mahalo!

    Great Stay

Just back from one week at this resort. While some serious updating needs to happen, none of that took away from the the resort. It was the great people who work here that made a difference. There were a lot of kids there having fun but it was nice to see Moms and Dads not letting them go unsupervised. - Had a nice 6th floor ocean view room, room and beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. Only complaint would be the pillows are way to soft. Great maid service. - Food and drinks were surprisingly good. While its expensive as all things are here in Hawaii, we found the food and drink quality better than expected. All staff who worked the daily buffet and the bar were really great. - Pools were all kept clean and the main pool was warn no matter the time of day. There is bar service. We were surprised to see folks throwing towels down on chairs as early as 7am to save them. Tacky! - Check in was very good, the front desk was always friendly and very helpful. Other things we liked were... - Enterprise Rental Car got a us a nice Mustang GT Convertible for a great rate to tour the Island for two day. - Trolley to Queensmarket, Trolley came every 20 minutes. - Walk over to Lava Lava Beach Club for the evening party. - Bellman staff were fantastic.

    Bait an switch

Our room was to be a two room suite POOL VIEW It’s a nice two room suite with beautiful view of the roof. Staff was friendly in dealing with our complaint however was unable to correct anything do to the MVC mess. If you are looking a upper class accommodation with this group you have visit each property to really know. The staff knows but of course cannot say. They seemto false advertise more often than not. This also not the place to go if you want a nice beach. Look for a local review on the beaches this is not the place. Nice vacation nice place just not as advertised and not anywhere close to expectations. My suggestion is with this group have very low expectations and all will be good.
