Staff great / Property Weak
While the staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, the property needs serious attention. Our room had mold on the wall. We brought it to the staffs attention and they removed the mold ASAP. unfortunately the room still had a musty smell. there were two large stains on the carpet in the middle of the floor.
Thank you Jeff for making our stay magical. The hotel room you got us was beautiful with the best view of the swan court and gardens with the breathtaking Kaanapali beach and waters. This was a newly-renovated room in the Lahaina tower and we just loved the comfort and decor. The automatic lights that go on as you approach the bed and vanity areas are quite a lovely touch, especially at night. Highly recommend this hotel for the most pleasant staff. Brian the bellhop was very informative about hotel and airport info. Elvira at the Swan Court was also very lovely and mentioned various local fun places to go while we are here. Love this experience and comfort. Thank again Jeff at the front desk. You are amazing!
Perfect hotel for Maui trip
We stayed in one of the new rooms, and it was fantastic. The room service was great. There are a lot kf great amenities at this location. The pools were amazing. Our favorite spot to relax during the day was next door at the Residence Club pools. The food is cheaper and there is more shade and less children. Our dining experiences at both pools and Umalu were good. Japengo was excellent. Our experience at Son’z was horrible and I would definitely avoid that. The stargazing was pricey but very unique. The location is great with a scenic walk to other resorts and Whaler’s Village (or a free shuttle). Pillows were too soft for me (head just sinks straight to the bed) but my wife was fine. This is my favorite place to stay in Maui.
The Hyatt Maui was a beautiful hotel! the grounds are stunning. We had a view of the mountain and the ocean! We could not have enjoyed our stay more! The staff was extremely helpful, there were a ton of options of great restaurants and activities!
Our stay as usual was outstanding! Our room was recently remodeled and was beyond expectations I would also recommend the Regency Club as the staff makes you feel special. I wish we would have seen more whales but just a reason to stay here again.
