I had the pleasure of staying at Zoetry August 3rd this year. It certainly lives up to its reputation. The property is a beautiful ,Bali reminiscent paradise. From the Peacock, Iguanas and Macaws to the Koi pond and Statues there is always something to visually stimulate your senses. My Junior Suite "The Manaco" was beautiful. It was spacious and had a true island vibe. The patio was huge - had an amazing view of the ocean. The people are amazing, helpful and only want to see you happy. Special thanks to Eduardo who made sure our pool experience was lovely daily. From setting us up at our "favorite chairs and umbrellas", to keeping our glasses filled with our favorite cocktails. Omar and Enrique greet you daily at the entrance and will give you a lift to your suite in the golf carts. Eloisa who took care of us each morning for breakfast. Magda and Yessica who made my Spa experience exceptional. Alberto - the best bar tender. Daniel who teaches water aerobics and leads afternoon meditation. Monica the Concierge who gave me a special birthday surprise. The people are one of the jewels of this resort. By the end of your stay they know you by name. They go out of their way to make you feel special. It is small resort and very tranquil and serene. If you are looking to party this not the place to go. It would be nice to maybe have some type of entertainment or nightly music at one of the bar/lounges for those who want something to do later. Also the food options were good. Enough variety so you don't get bored. My friend is Vegan and she had plenty of options as well. On a few nights certain restaurants were not open. However they give you a daily schedule of what is open and the times so you can plan accordingly. In conclusion I will definitely return. You get what you pay for!
Our stay was 9 days of bliss. They had us in the Impressions Presidential suite. Issac, Christian and Victor were the assigned butlers serving me and my family. These guys were so amazing we established a friendship. Top notch chef anytime and top shelf spirits and wine. The restaurants where available no problem and super sharp service. Our suite was stocked with anything we wanted, just had to let Issac our butler know what we like! The entire resort is staffed with charming, English speaking locals from all over Mexico, great conversations too. The resort manager, who personally made sure all was fine was very charming as well. A must go to.
Great service, food was wonderful at the nightly themed restaurant, and room + resort was beautiful. We will definitely be going back next year, and hope to bring some friends or family members with us.
Having just had our wedding at this wonderful resort there are not enough words to describe how fantastic this place is. The attention detail is amazing and our wedding planner Faride was outstanding. The food is amazing and cooked fresh and to order for every meal with fine dining at every meal time. The resort is peaceful, serene and a wonderful environment to relax. The rooms were authentic with a well stocked mini bar replenished daily, free laundry service and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Would not hesitate to recommend or return to this slice of paradise!!
2nd visit- did not disappoint
My husband and I stayed here for my birthday, we had stayed 2 years ago for my 40th. Today is our last day here and we are so sad to leave. We saw some familiar faces. This time we stayed in the impressions 1 bdrm suite (Amazona). The impressions side did not disappoint. We started every morning in the red kitchen and had the daily Mexican special. Today (our 8th day) the chef Joshua prepared a special breakfast of tacos y bombasa (I’m sure I spelled this wrong). The breakfast was so delicious and it was really fun to come downstairs and have something prepared especial for you. The staff remembered us and had our mimosas and coffee ready. The restaurants were all excellent, some were not open on certain days but the occupancy was low which made for a quiet relaxing time. We had our pick of beach or pool spots and never had to fight for chairs or Bali beds. The food was excellent. Never a bad meal, everything was cooked to perfection, and the presentation was beautiful. The 2 singers would come around and serenade patrons, they were so much fun singing for my birthday- we really appreciated how much fun they genuinely had. The Impressions rooms were beautiful. We stayed on the other side last time we came and loved those rooms as well. There really is not a bad place to stay here. Housekeeping was excellent, turndown service included rose petals on the bed! We had a plunge pool and bed on our lanai which we utilized as well when we were ready for some privacy. The notable staff who assisted us first and foremost was the butlers who are assigned to you as Impressions guests: Issac Christian and Victor. They are so great- texting you on WhatsApp to make sure you have everything you need, facilitating dinners and even setting up an offsite 2.5 hour jungle massage - quite the experience! Whilst in the Red Kitchen we had absolutely wonderful chefs: Angel, Joshua and Luis. We had equally wonderful servers with Pedro, Eduardo and Federico. Harland, our pool waiter was excellent and checked on us often to make sure we had what we needed. We also mainly had Oscar and Jerry as our waiters in the restaurants (Canoa, Kaax) and they were excellent as well. Everyone here made our stay wonderful and we are truly thankful for such a wonderful holiday. This is the first place we have wanted to return to and we will certainly return again. Thank you all for such a relaxing holiday. - Dan & Ginny Moullet
