    Best stay ever/ mejor estadia

    Since we got to Cancun it has been wonderful we reached the Hotel and Rolando Kantun took care of he was so sweet took us around the hotel, took care of all our needs so friendly made us feel like 👑royalty. Our room was great, in one of the bars at the pool we meet Donis he as well was super friendly amazing service. Our fave restaurant are Ciao the waiters were awesome the food was out of this world we loved the Market great buffet and we visited the spa for facials loved it and I got my hair done by Lety she is the best gave a treatment and styled my hair I absolutely loved it she was great and the guy that works the front desk in the salon as well so attentive great people. I am coming back in summer with my kids and I'm sure we will have a blast. Thank you specially to Rolando made our stay the best.

    Great place for a week

    We just spent our second week at this property. Our representative (Oliver) was very friendly and helpful yet not to pushy about selling us a timeshare. Oliver was great. We stayed on the 10th floor and was assisted by the gentleman that takes care of the aroma therapy who went way and above in helping us. The airlines spilled something that smelled horrible on my wife suitcase and this gentleman brought some disinfectant to our room and helped us get the smell off. He checked back often to make sure our room was great. The pool attendant at the 3rd floor pool was also very attentive. As far as the restaurants we enjoyed them all. Thank you hard rock for another great vacation. I only wish you would get some new memorabilia as the displays are literally the exact same as they were 8 years ago. The pizza here is some of the best especially if you have them make one to your liking.

    Second Stay here for 2 weeks

    Service everywhere is excellent. I wanted to mention a few employees in particular: Roy and Armando (Butlers) were very attentive. Rafael Xanpala (pool server), and Axel R.P. (pool concierge) had our pool lounges ready to go, and frequently checked to see if we needed anything. We had most breakfasts at the Market. Persy and Paola (hostess) were always welcoming, and Alex, Mayo, and Carlos (servers) were always attentive and pleasant. At Ciao, Virgillio (server) offered to get cheesecake from room service for us as it wasn’t on their menu. The Concierge’s (Tony) were helpful, along with Oliver Peraza (Resort Services) . One of the requests I had was for guacamole with my omelet and quesadillas. You are in Mexico, wouldn’t you expect to have it available for all meals? After not having it available a few days, I spoke with the manager, Wendy, and the chef. They promised it would be there. On our next visit before we sat down, Wendy presented me with a huge cereal bowl of guacamole. We both got a laugh out of that, and it was in abundance for the balance of our stay. Now there were a couple of things that were disappointing. Balconies in the center section are so small. Your neighbors on both sides are literally 4 feet away without any wall separating you, so there is no privacy. We were here 2 years ago and they offered a non-alcoholic beer, ” Corona Cero” for those that prefer not to/ or can't consume alcohol. That was a significant reason that we decided to return to this Hard Rock versus others this year. Unfortunately it was only available for the first 5 days of our 14 days. We kept requesting it from many people and the response was that it is not stocked. We were told it was only available due to it being left over from a private party. I suggest that a non-alcoholic beer be stocked routinely, so that those that prefer not to drink alcohol have a choice. We try to eliminate both alcohol and sugar from our system, then our only choice is water at a all-inclusive resort. The Hard Rock needs to be more inclusive in this regard. I did speak to Alfredo Morales about this and hope that Hard Rock corporate will add it. Having stayed 2 weeks, it would be nice if each restaurant would offer a special entree daily, otherwise I wouldn’t recommend this length of stay.

    Dress codes

    The “dress codes” are a joke. Went to 4 of the 5 restaurants for dinner and what we wore was fine and had excellent service (dinner dress codes are the same for all 5 restaurants). Had reservations at the Italian restaurant (we were 7 people so they were hard to come by) and the hostess refused to seat us because we didn’t follow the dress code. Very humiliating and ruined what would have otherwise been a good vacation. Rooms were decent except the doors of neighboring room are right next to each other so if you are unlucky enough to have a neighbor that slams the door all hours of the night or piles their room service trays in front of your door...

    Just got home and had an awesome time

    There is so much going on at the resort, you won't be bored. It's small buy thats a good thing because everything you need is nearby. The pool staff keeps you entertained all day and then at night there are a number of different things to do.
