Now I'm spoilt...
Robes. ocean view, beautiful, well designed property, great management, and the staff; attentive, well trained, with that natural Mexican hospitality. Compliments only for food and beverage. Victor...sigh....Cruz, and Hugo thank you. Sweet Jessica with beautiful smile. (Beach swimming was not possible. Know before you go.)
Booked for 9 people 7 months in advance and asked for the rooms close together. That did not happen. Booked ocean view and one room had no ocean view. The food in the buffet was about a 3 star. The food in the French resturant was EXCELLENT but every other resturant was hit and miss and definitely not 4 + .wait service at the pool area was few and far between compared to other dreams resorts this one was very disappointing and definitely not worth the money. They need more staff . The hotel itself was clean and pretty. Bar fridge being stocked was hit and miss daily. Would not recommend this resort only as a 3 star.

Juan Muñoz and Martin Moreno, servers in the oceana restaurant were great! Very nice and great service! The oceana restaurant by far had the best service! They were all so kind and fast with food and filling up drinks!
Fantastic stay. Food was great, drinks were awesome & service was perfect. Not one bad think to say. Staff could not be nicer; even back of house were friendly & helpful. Shout outs to Mauricio who guided us to great adventures, Evelyn who made sure our room was perfect & Alan Silva who quickly became my favorite bartender in all of Mexico. I can’t wait to go back.
Our New Favorite Place for Vacation
From the minute we landed at the airport in Los Cabos, we were greeted with welcoming friendly faces from everyone and we quickly felt at ease. We stayed at the Dreams Los Cabos and were very impressed with the way the employees genuinely seemed to want to help and provide service. We were most impressed with the UVC club representatives Helio and Oscar. We have been UVC members since 2016 and this was the best service we have received from the club. They stopped by almost every day at the pool and asked if we needed anything. They seemed to focus much more on our comfort than pressuring us into going to a meeting. A model I would like to see at other AM Resorts. I was also impressed with the superbowl party they put on. It was all set up at the beach but when it started looking like a day of rain, they reconstructed everything inside a conference area. This was no small feat and I suspect all employees were asked to work to pull this off. There were many cakes, salads, candies all with specially crafted football themes, someone grilling tons of meat, ribs, chicken and vegies. It was clear that all of the employees and management went out of their way to make this day special. Kudos. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom and had the most beautiful room ever. The ocean view is breathtaking and there is no seaweed anywhere. Service in all the restaurants was prompt and excellent. Buffet food was was also good but smaller and limited compared to what we are used to. The only downside of our vacation was the temperature. For February it was quite cold and many of the restaurants are outside under the stars. The restaurant servers provided us with shawls and heaters when they sat us, consistent with their high level of service. But I would probably return a bit later in the year. I would highly recommend this hotel.
