Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price.

SPRING BREAK POLICY:
IBEROSTAR HOTELS AND RESORTS is a family oriented environment.
Bookings traveling in the months of March and April will be subject to the following conditions:
· The minimum age requirement for check-in is 18. One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in.
· In the event that any guest(s) engage in inappropriate behaviour or cause physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
STUDENT/YOUTH GROUPS POLICY: In order to maintain a family oriented environment, Iberostar Hotels and Resorts will be implementing a policy directed at student/youth groups. Students/youth
· All student/youth groups must be preapproved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
· Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
· In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management
reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

Best Vacation Ever!
My family vacation to Iberostar Rose Hall Beach All Inclusive Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica was beyond amazing. From the moment we arrived we were provided with great service to know more about the ammenities and services offered by the hotel. A lady named Susanna made us feel welcomed and made our reservation process such a delight. She answered all of our questions and concerns. Also Bernadette who helped us to book our excursions to swim with the dolphins and visit the beach of Negril. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and we had partial view from our balcony to the beach and and the pool. The weather was great, always sunny. The restaurants and buffets had delicious food options with an endless variety of of things to eat. The entertainment team was there all day long with different activites for the tourist to enjoy. "Lady Chocolate, Angel, Maccaroni, and Simba" were some of the people from the entertainment team that made our vacation extra especial. The service at the beach during the day was exceptional. Specially, a bartender named Monique who was very attentive and sweet with my family. The night shows were different every night and we enjoyed all of them. There is a lot of entertainment for the children to participate during the day and during the evening hours. The barternder "Randy" from the theather area was amazing. He made the BEST BOB MARLEY's COCKTAILS. Those are to die for! He even had the courtesy to explain to us how it is made and the ingredients in the drink. I highly recommend it if you visit this amazing resort someday. We spend 11 days at this Resort and trust me it was so hard to say goodbye on our last day. We really wanted to stay longer. We highly recommend this resort to everyone. If you have children they will enjoy it as much as you do. We will definitely return very soon for our next family vacation. Thank you to all the staff at this resort. Has been so far the best family vacation we ever had.
I was at this resort for a wedding.. we were here for a week and treated like royalty.. Two resort workers stood out to us.. first was “Maccaroni”. He was part of the outside crew.. He took a liking to us and us to him. He went out of his way to make my 12 yr old daughter feel special. His personality and positive attitude definitely made our vacation special. I would also like to give special thanks to our housekeeper Ranica. She also was amazing and eager to help us in any way.. both of these people contributed to making our vacation extra pleasurable .. I would definitely come back to this resort.
Loved the people who worked there. Angel, Chocolate, Stewie, scuba Steve just to name a few. The drum show and Michael Jackson show was my favorite entertainment. Can’t go wrong with the oxtail, stew chicken and the rice and peas.
My Daughter's Wedding Reception
Jamal and Andrea Mance Wedding reception in the Cajun Restaurant was ruined by the appearance of a mouse. It was spotted by some of our over 50 guests in attendance, myself,our wedding planner,Vanassa, the bride and groom. Then my husband and groom were trying to discretely catch it all while the bride was in tears. As the mother of the bride who financially supported this occasion and convinced my daughter to come there after she had already paid and reserved her wedding at another property that she and groom had stayed on their last trip to Jamaica. Imagine how Small I feel. They chose this place out all outer options because of me. In addition to this, I went back with my husband after a great deal of coaching, the next night for a late night snack while about to get food, there were roaches crawling on the buffet. Which was witnessed by staff and reported Chef on duty, Dwight. I'm truly dissatisfied and disappointed with this entire event. I requested to meet with a guest services manager, Ephran, a second time and have yet to hear from anyone.
Iberostar Rose Hall Beach
It is one location, but three different hotels. The Beach is the only one you have direct access to the beach, however, housekeeping is terrible. The bathrooms have mildrew around the rims.We complained and were moved to another room, but that rooms had the same conditions. The entertainment was very good at the beach and so was the food. I heard it is better at the Suite which beside the Beach and only couples at the Grand further up.
