truly a royal experience
Property is very beautiful. Mountain views to the left, oceanviews to the right. The pools are very large and well maintained. The rooms are very bright, spacious and unique. The colours are so warm and the energy is great. Tons of available loungers, beach chairs and palapas. Beach was very nice, long stretch. They had a jerk hut right on the beach. This section is much more relaxed and quieter than the Blue Waters. Diamond Club upgrade seems definitely worth it. I would recommend this property to couples, groups of friends, families(although the Blue Waters next door is perfect for families). The guests at the resort all had smiles shining on their faces, everyone looked happy. They are located 35 min from the airport.
Javon- Lobby Bar
Can not give this guy enough stars! He has made our stay! Every night we have visited him and he has provided us with many laughs! The Royalton needs more staff like Javon so polite, funny and helpful!

You must visit the lobby bar and see Javon, from late afternoon to evening, he makes the best drinks and gives the best service at the hotel. He is 100% a superstar, he is bright, energetic, funny and very accommodating.

My friend and I decided on a girls' trip so we spent Friday to Monday at the Royalton White Sands. It was an amazing stay from checking in to checking out! We booked on their website and apparently, we chose diamond club and we had no idea what that was - it sounded boujie so we went ahead with it. Upon arrival, we got all kinds of finger food from the diamond club check in lounge plus alcohol which is a girl's bestfriend 🍾 We were also assigned two Butlers; Daniel and Conroy who ensured we enjoyed everyday we spent at the resort. The room was properly cleaned and set for us (Shoutout to the room attendant who cleaned the room on the 13th of Sept - Shanell). Did I mention our room had a jacuzzi on the balcony and one on the bathroom? Well, it did! On our first night, we went to the an Indian restaurant and our server was amazing! Thank you Trevoy for everything ❤ We saw him everyday at all the restaurants and he is always checking up on us. Btw, THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! Shoutout to the chefs, especially in the buffet area. We also met Lennox who came and asked how was our food and if we are enjoying it. I cannot remember all the names but the staff was greatttt ! Shoutout to the Entertainment team too. I also want to say thanks to the bartenders at the Dip Bar. Thank you Jerome, Orlando and Romaine for the countless Mudslide with whip cream 😁😁 Last but not least, thanks to Mr David Harris who works in the office. Even when we were leaving he was asking if there was anything else he could do for us before we go. Thank you Royalton for having us. Those are some of the pictures I have. A great holiday - noi dea what the bad reviews are about!
Just returned (sadly) from Two fantastic weeks here. First time at a Royalton and it will not be the last. Firstly some shout-outs to exceptional staff who are a credit to your company. Nadine was quite simply superb on the beach treating us as friends and was super professional ably supported by LaShayne. George was the kindest and friendliest person to talk to each day on the beach and completely made us feel like part of the family even if he is a Liverpool fan! Special mention also to Paul and Andre in the Blue Wates lobby bar who gave us exceptional service each and every time. Finally a mention to Janesha who provided truly superb service in the Steak restaurant which completely overshadowed any other service we received in there. Brittania is also wasted as a Sommelier as she should be speaking to as many customers as possible as her manner and likeable personality really positively shines through. Overall this was a superb holiday, the chilled out atmosphere was really refreshing, the kindness experienced was welcomed and not forced in any way and the hotel itself was well run, clean and perfectly satisfactory. A/C worked well (and was needed) I have no idea what the negative reviews are about, do not have a second thought about visiting here, they will all make you feel incredibly welcome and we will visit again soon.
