A Wonderful Time!!
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Royalton White Sands Resort for 5 nights last week and had an unforgettable time! The resort is so well taken care of and although the rooms aren’t the best quality, they are very clean! We spent very little time in our room because we were so busy enjoying all of the amenities. Room service is included and was a nice treat to have breakfast on the balcony each morning. The beach is gorgeous and the beach attendants always made sure to help us find seating, we are late risers but still had cabana availability around noon most days. The adult pool and pool side bar was where we had the most fun - they are very nice amenities, however it’s the staff that makes the experience extra special! Ramone, Raniel, and Aldray were amazing bartenders with great personalities and kept us laughing all week! Sean was one of our drink servers on the beach and poolside who provided excellent service, he was also entertaining to watch sprint across the beach and pool area with a tray full of drinks! Javere from the vibe team was also amazing, he is full of energy and kept everyone laughing during our stay. I just can’t say enough about the staff at this resort. They are some of the most genuine people I have ever met and they instantly made us feel welcomed and just like family. The food from all restaurants we tried was delicious! Armadillo was probably our favorite. My only complaint is we left too soon! LOVED this place!!!
What a beautiful resort!
This was my first time to Jamaica and I will definitely go back. We opted for the Diamond Club which included a Butler. Well worth the small extra money. We had a team, Ardley and Nick. They were both great! Ardley was extremely personable and Nick was very accommadating. Anything we requested, we got. We spent our last day on the "Island" and rented a Cabana. Well worth the money. The day before, we went to the beach at the sister resort, "Royalton, Blue Waters" and became acquainted with Brenda. What a breath of fresh air! She was so hospitable and friendly that we requested her the next day as our butler on the private island. Great service! Anything we requested, we got. I am sad that we had to go home but I will DEFINITELY stay at this resort again!
Winter vacation 2020
This was a lovely resort. We've traveled and stayed at many all -inclusives through the years and this one was especially cozy. There were no hassles about making dinner reservations or expectations that you needed to bring semi-formal dinner wear along. Rooms were small but very clean. Staff were friendly, Cecilia and Carolyn in the spa were amazing!
Royalton Whitesands, Montego Bay, Falmouth Jamaica
The great folks at this resort really made this trip. A special thanks to Cody, Sean and Nadine. These three fine folks really looked after us at the beach and made us feel at home. We really felt pampered. This was certainly the highlight of our trip. The food was top notch, always a great variety and very tasty. The only thing that could use some improvement is having more staff at the buffet to look after the tables. The beach was well looked after. There was always plenty of staff paying attention to the smallest of detail. Not sure about the pool, we are not pool people. The pool area always appeared to be neat and tidy. The staff, food and beach I would easily rate a 5. The actual physical hotel deserves a 2. This place is old and needs a face lift. The room we were in had a king size bed but was designed for a queen size bed. I had a one foot gap between the wall and the bed. No room for a night stand. I had to shuffle into position each night to get into bed. The adjoining room had no sound proofing. A single door I could hear everything through was not the greatest. When we got into the room we found the patio door unable to lock. It appeared someone had pried it open from the outside. We waited for someone to repair it before we felt that we could leave our belongings safely in the room. The morning shower was always an adventure. The water temperature changed at least 3 times each morning. Sometimes too cold, sometimes too hot. Most afternoons there was a little pool of water on the bathroom floor when we got in from the beach. Not sure of the origin of the water, leaky plumbing I suspect. The room was always clean thanks to the great staff.
Great Week at the White Sands!
My family and I recently stayed at the Royalton White Sands and had an incredible time! Great service, food, entertainment and accommodations…..everything was top notch! My kids had a great time with the entertainment staff who were so friendly and fun to be around with the various activities planned for the day. They kept us entertained all day and night with their professional performances. The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially our world class butlers Peter and Johovan who booked all of our dinners at night, kept us on schedule with various activities and become like our extended family during the week! Love those guys and look forward to seeing them next year when we come back! They are the best!!!! Overall great experience at the resort and highly recommend it to everyone you WON'T be disappointed by the experience. See you next year!
