Absolutely the most AMAZING Staff
This resort is pure luxury, food amazing but the Staff go above and beyond to make you feel like part of the family. I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience. I wish I stayed longer!
Terrible customer service ruined our babymoon
Let me start out by saying the resort was pretty empty while we were there, only at 30% capacity. Since I am 7 months pregnant I chose a resort with a saltwater pool. The saltwater pool was closed for maintenance and a staff member told me to use the impressions club salt water pool next to it. My husband and I were the told at that pool that we would have to pay $320 to use that pool and were kicked out despite it being completely empty. We left and were charged $320 anyways. After arguing they refunded us but the rest of the trip we only had one small pool to use because the beach was smelly and covered in seaweed and the second pool was closed for maintenance. Also at the only pool we could use the resort let’s vendors come in and try to sell you stuff while you are trying to relax. The hotel was understaffed and meals took forever. Dinner was never less than 3 hours. One night we waited 45 min for a menu because the waiter was too busy. We go down to Mexico every year but decided to stay somewhere nicer to celebrate our baby moon and our trip was ruined. With very few activities and only one pool to use, we were extremely disappointed with our stay. The room was nice and clean but housekeeping never restocked our fridge and we had to keep calling for water and drinks in our room. The AC also didn’t work well and it was pretty warm in the room. We also had to pay for a taxi to the airport because the shuttle only runs a few times a day.
When you first arrive the hotel the staff say welcome home - and they make you feel at home all the time. The service around the pool is fantastic and no problems with getting a bed. Breakfast with parrots is a highlight
A wonderful stay with fabulous service
We stayed for 6 nights in a one bedroom suite. We loved the hotel more and more the longer we stayed. The hotel is beautiful despite the seaweed on the beach. The only thing it stopped us doing was swimming in the sea but the hotel arranged for us to join a complimentary catamaran trip out to a sand bank so we got to swim in the clear blue sea anyway. The seaweed is a problem all along the coast but the hotel seemed to be doing a better job than others at clearing it away. The service at the hotel is truly excellent, in particular Enrique, Oscar and Daniel. Daniel's daily yoga out on the pontoon by the sea was the best way to start the day! The food was excellent. The sommelier was really knowledgeable and friendly and we enjoyed the tequila tasting with him too! The only downside was that not all 3 restaurants were open every night; the smartest restaurant was closed for 2 of our 6 nights stay. The complimentary sunset cruise was great. I'd recommend the hotel and we'd return again.
Another Wonderful AM Property!!
This resort was gorgeous!! We had an amazing stay during our week at Zoetry Paraiso! I have never been to another resort that has been so accommodating to dietary requests. The food was fabulous! Service was amazing over the entire property. From the bars, to the restaurants & beach we never wanted for a thing! The resort is very private, which we thought was very nice. It is set back to where there is no "beach traffic'. The only downside was the beach & ocean was quite messy with seaweed. The staff did their best efforts to tackle this, but there was really only one day during our stay that the beach was as gorgeous as the pictures show. I would definitely recommend this property! We had a fabulous time!!
