Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms.
Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.

Waste of money and time
Resort does not look like pictures. We came for a wedding. It was an absolute joke. Contract States priority VIP check in for groups, all 30 of us were crammed at front desk holding up other guests. 1st room we checked in maintenance was in it as it was off market. 2nd room they gave us to change to was occupied. Broke my luggage and Henny white that I purchased from airport. Wedding was to supply a cake, champagne toast, never happened and sales rep Lorena wasn't there. Elisa front desk, Sebastian, and another manager whose name start with E are good actors. Food is nasty too, Buffett is decent. Rooms dirty. Not a good place for groups and they have a sub company there selling excursion packages to rip you off. Alex scammed us big time with Olympus Tours. NEVER WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!!!
Cannot get home fast enough
Horrifying experience. Don’t stay here! Save your money and yourself! I have never been excited about going home at the end of vacation before this trip. Where do I begin. 1. Upon check in we found our room had not been cleaned from the people who stayed prior to us. The bed was unmade and the sheets were filthy and covered in hair. There were dirty towels all over the bathroom floor as well as food all over the bathroom floor and what resembled vomit in the shower. The shower floor also had hair ties all over it from prior guests. We called the main desk twice and waited an hour, nothing, we went down to the desk and were told there was no housekeeping staff and nothing could be done until the next morning. I got very upset and told them to give me the sheets and I’d change the bed my self! At this point we had been up for almost 48 hours and we were exhausted! Finally 6.5 hours later we’re finally had a changed bed but still dirty room. I also called Apple vacations who we booked through. They were so nice and could not believe what we were going through and assured us that we would be hearing from them the first thing the following morning. This was our first of 4 calls to Apple and 2 visits to the Apple desk in the hotel too which we have heard nothing back at this point as we travel to the airport. That’s another review that I will begin after this. The next day the cleaners spent an hour in the room and it was cleaned to our satisfaction. The next day was great, no problems. Excellent pool and outside areas and excellent bar and food service with very good food quality. We even said hey we can let the first day go, if we have no more problems they made a one time mistake and we get that and can see past it. We still had no communication from Apple at this point. Then........ 2. We came back to our room from day 2 at the pools/beach. A river of water was running down our wall and from the ceiling in our closet where the safe was located. When I say river I mean puddles of water all over the floor and the most awful mold/mildew smell I had ever smelled. We let them know immediately to which they replied that was normal but if it didn’t stop to call them. We called, maintenance came and we were told no problem and it would hurt us! The entire remainder of the 3 days we had water, mildew, wet/damp everything and no one at the resort cared. We could not breath in our room, our eyes were swollen and red and we coughed the entire time in our room. We went down to the Apple desk and called this time to which we were told stay by your phone we will call you back within an hour. This was 3 days ago and still nothing. 3. On the third day we went to take a shower. There was NO hot water and if you turned the faucet to hot water it was barely trickling out. The only way to get water pressure was to turn it to cold and when I say cold I mean ice cold! Thank god we’re we’re in a hot climate and not somewhere cold! This started on the morning of our 3rd day and we have not had hot water since. The pressure got better somewhat but no hot water. When I spoke to the desk about this and the Apple desk they acted like they had no idea what I was saying or why I was concerned. On Wednesday night we arrived back to our room to find that only the top sheet was put on our bed and no sheet to cover the mattress. If you laid down and moved at all the mattress came uncovered and you were laying on it. Again called the front desk and were told they would come put the correct sheets on. When the maid arrived she put her head in her hands and acted too like what did the previous maid even do. She was even like what on earth how awful. Today is Friday and we could not run fast enough to the check out to get the heck out of this place!!! This is the first time in my life I have ever been happy for vacation to be over. When we checked out we were given an iPad to answer questions about our stay. Needless to say I wrote them a book, I also went back to the Apple desk to tell the same person I had been speaking to all week that we had not heard a thing from Apple. He was shocked and told me to call once we get home. The only good things from this trip were: 1. The waiter Sergio at the snack/pool bar. 2. The food. 3. The drinks. Everything else at the resort was a NO! What a waste of $2000.00!!!!!!
Great Resort however...
This was a great resort and I would stay again however... the rooms were a little dated. On one end it had stainless steel appliances and granite counters and in the other end the mattresses were old and the couch they had in there was old. My sheets were stained (but clean). You could not swim in the ocean at this resort as the waves were too rough (I heard a man broke his back trying two days before I got there). The food at the Italian restaurant was not that good to me. The Mexican restaurant was better; with the Japanese Restaurant being the BEST!!! The overall food at the resort was decent with the fish tacos being my favorite!!! All of the staff were really friendly and I love the way they bring refreshments to your door and I didn’t have to ask. Room service food was not good and cold so not worth it even though it’s complimentary. Coffee tastes like water but the orange juice is fresh squeezed. The activities on the resort were good yoga on the beach, game night in the beach, fire show and movie night. I had one of the best massages ever with the stone massage!! The resort club had great music but closed at 10pm (why so early???). Drinks at the bar were delicious and the wait times were not long for a drink. The resort is centrally located with a bus stop right in front of the resort that will take you 30 -35 minutes to downtown for $3.00. Very safe travels by bus and taxi (I also caught Uber). BEWARE....Uber and taxi are at war with each other so taking a Uber could be risky (I did not have a problem but others have). The view from room 1505B was magnificent!!!!! I’m
Don’t read the negative reviews
There are too many negative reviews on this place. It seems many expect to be pampered and have rose pedals thrown at their feet. Honest review below. Good: Accommodating staff Great grounds Clean Just the right size resort. Not too big/small Pools Quiet & intimate beach Breakfast buffet There is nothing wrong with this resort. It’s not 5 stars and it’s not a Red Roof inn. It’s perfectly nestled in the middle as an affordable resort that gets the job done with all inclusive amenities. Bad: Italian restaurant is not good. Skip it. Room service. It does take a while & we had trouble even getting a hold of anyone. Just go to restaurants. Food. The food is average. It’s cooked in large quantities & middle of the road. You also shouldnt be expecting amazing food. That’s not really what an all inclusive is. It gets the job done tho. Drinks are on the weaker side. But the service is great at adults pool & poolside at the main infinity. Never an issue with waiting or lack of staff. Ugly: Nothing. There are some average things about this place but a lot of great. You are a good 30 minute Uber to downtown Cabo but it’s only $25 and all highway. There is ZERO nightlife here so you do have to go in town if you want that. Overall: if you don’t want to spend an arm and leg on an all inclusive, this is your spot. It meets expectations. It’s nice, the staff is great & you will enjoy yourself. There’s nothing to complain about & the negative reviews on here are not warranted.

Our stay at this all inclusive was great ,room was clean and stocked,staff was great as well, we were welcomed at the airport and taken to our resort upon our arrival we were received with champagne and front desk staff were efficient ,Jorge our guide was very nice and helpful ,would definitely come back to this resort.
