Great landmark hotel!
This is one of the older hotels in central Waikiki and is perfectly situated to see every part of Waikiki! The room we had was huge! The staff is excellent and the entire place has the old Waikiki charm about it! We will stay again!
I had the opportunity to travel for work to your hotel. I am a Titanium member of Bonvoy so I travel every week to a different city all over the United States and I have to say, the customer service that I received from your front desk person Kalei was the best that I have ever encountered. She exceeded my expectations by miles. She is truly an asset to your staff. If I needed another sales person in Hawaii right now, I would do anything to get her on my staff. She made my wife and I feel very welcomed. She went over each and everything I needed to know from parking to local attractions and where to eat. But more impressively, She Listened. I told her several things about my personal life while checking in and she remembered each and everyone one of them and sent a card to my room that night and mentioned them all in her card. I was floored. My wife and I both have lived in Hawaii and she is the poster person of what Aloha is all about. My room was awesome, Perfect view of the beach and city in one. The food at the Splash Bar was very good and even the Bell men out front were super Friendly. I cant wait to get back to your hotel
Post Cruise Hotel
We booked this hotel because we just got off the crew ship and our flight was at 11:30 at night. This hotel has lots of amenities and entertainment and is in the heart of Waikiki. Very well kept hotel. The room was a little smaller than usual but nice. There is a nice pool with the live band and restaurant. There was always some entertainment going on downstairs. One block away from the beach all the shops and restaurants are in walking distance no car needed. I just wish we had more time to spend there had to check out at 9:30 PM to catch our flight
Great view from both comping and going rooms. Took a few hours to book in but otherwise our stay was comfortable. Bathrooms need a bit of a makeover. The food provided generous helpings. The location was excellent.
Our travel agent recommended this hotel because it was reasonably priced and close to Waikiki beach. She was certainly right about that. When we arrived our room wasn’t ready but it was only about 2pm, so a bit early. We went to the bar and had a couple of drinks and some food. Back to reception but before we could get there a manager, Robert, spotted us and asked if he could help. He found our room wasn’t ready so he upgraded us, sent my wife a bottle of wine for her birthday and got us complimentary tickets to a show. It didn’t matter whether it was bar staff, cleaning or concierge, they were all great.
