AMAZING RESORT
My wife and I went to Dream Onyx to get married in January and they did such an amazing job. We had been before to view the resort and make sure it's exactly what we wanted and it was. The entire set up was perfect for the crew that we brought with us for the wedding. Manuela, the wedding coordinator did a perfect job and was very good to work with. Highly recommend that. Albert, our butler also did an amazing job and was on the hall every single time we needed help with something on the resort. The entire staff works endlessly to make sure your stay is exactly the way you want it and they do a great job of it. Highly recommend anybody to do to dreams onyx for a wedding or even just a trip. It's the perfect resort.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and I truly appreciated the excellent attitude of the staff and the quality of the hotel services. The personnel were very friendly, helpful, and professional, which made our experience much more enjoyable. However, I was quite disappointed with the food quality at the buffet. Unfortunately, I did not find the meals tasty, and I believe a wider and better variety of food would greatly improve the dining experience. Even simple items such as fried eggs were not enjoyable for me, mainly because they seemed to be cooked with very little oil, which affected the taste. On the other hand, I really liked the taco and burger station outside the main restaurant, and we ended up having most of our meals there. Another point I would like to mention is the pool temperature. During rainy and cooler days, the pool water was quite cold, and it would have been much better if the water temperature had been increased. Because of this, out of our 7-day stay, we were only able to comfortably use the pool for 4 days. I had a similar experience once in a resort in Cuba, but I honestly expected a higher food quality and overall experience at your resort. While I was very satisfied with the staff, service, and overall atmosphere, the food and pool temperature did not fully meet my expectations. I hope this feedback will be helpful and that improvements can be made in the future. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

First trip to Dreams Onyx was great!
Just got back from a great trip to Dreams Onyx. Rooms were clean and spacious. Lots of vareity of food. Pools and beach are beautiful! Our butler's Hector and Nelson went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Highly recommend. Heading back in April and I can't wait!
