Miguel was the main reason why we had a good time at the cabana. The service was excellent. The lobster tail was delicious. There wasn’t a moment where Miguel left us wanting for anything. All of our needs were taken care of and in my recommendation you need to promote Miguel immediately. My wife is extremely difficult to please, but with Miguel as our server, she didn’t complain once for the 6 hrs at the cabana.

Our stay at Royalton Bávaro was truly amazing from beginning to end. The resort is beautiful, the beach and pools are stunning, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The food, the entertainment, and the friendliness of the staff all came together to create a wonderful vacation for our family. A very special part of our experience was our butler, Anthony. From the first day, he treated us like family and made sure every detail was taken care of with genuine care and dedication. His kindness, attention, and constant effort to make us happy meant more to us than words can express. He didn’t just do his job—he made us feel truly welcomed and cared for, and that is something we will always remember. Without a doubt, he is the best butler we have ever had. Thanks to this incredible experience, our family is already planning to come back to Royalton Bávaro. 🌴❤️

Property, room, and location were great. Good value for the money. Noise level was high due to family focus of the property. Our butler, Eduardo, was excellent! He was great with follow up and making our stay enjoyable. He is an asset to the resort. He was very detail oriented and took great care of us. Entertainment was good but the highlight was the Adele show. She was amazing. A couple of issues: 1. Buffet had no sneeze guards. Some food was at child height - some children touched and replaced food items they didn't want. 2. We had heavy rain one evening prior to a show and the plaza roof panels gushed water onto the walkways and seating areas. An unpleasant and dangerous situation. Overall thought: We have stayed at the Majestic Elegance and Majestic Mirage and they offer adults-only beach area, buildings, and restaurants. We were disappointed that Royalton Bavaro did not offer the same. There was no separation of families with children from quieter adults-only space. We would only consider returning if our small grandchildren were with us. It's a great place for children with amenities focused on their having a fun time. We don't recommend Royalton Bavaro for couples seeking a relaxing time in paradise. There are better options out there.

Great week at Royalton Bavaro!
We had a wonderful time and Butler Ryan was excellente! All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The weather was warm but not sunny every day. The last few days were windy and cloudy. Our room was very nice and the food was good.
