Poor daily activity for adults around main pool , noisy rooms . Great lobby bars and good a la cart restaurants. Amazing potential much to improve . Overall ok .

Three resorts attached to the beach White Sands is one of them and it's a Coral Beach sand if you venture into the ocean you will stumble and fall across rocks and coral at any given time there are no more than 20 people in the water out of these three resorts because this is not a place you bring your family and children to enjoy the beach in the ocean this is a pool side resort

An unforgettable birthday celebration and a Cancun trip filled with happiness at every moment.
First of all, if you’re reading a review of the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort, consider yourself lucky. As you can see from many of the reviews, this resort is filled with warm, friendly, and positive staff. Yesterday was my nephew’s birthday, and when the buffet restaurant staff—Sup. Antony and waiter Alexis—heard about it, they surprised her with a birthday cake decorated with sparkling fireworks. The birthday lettering written in Spanish and the song they sang for her made the moment truly special. And that’s not all. The rooms have just been renovated, so they’re cozy and incredibly clean. Room service is complimentary, and they deliver everything with such care—from warm late-night snacks to ice-cold beer. The low-rise condo buildings are connected like a little village, and the natural scenery looks beautiful day and night. Both the food and drinks were consistently satisfying. For the price, I’d honestly give it 1000 out of 100. The kids’ club programs are great, and the pools are well maintained. If you have children, don’t hesitate—just book it.

terible experience ,never again, poor food quality and limited choices, a lot of mosquitoes and veryinconvenient to get around the resort
