Love the Prime restaurant
Me and my husband had our anniversary dinner at Prime 787 steakhouse, and our table server Angelo is great!! He gave us perfect recommendations for all the great food, and he’s is very sweet and kind. Will definitely come back again!!

Great family vacation in paradise
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We loved our Servers at the restaurants - they made the dinners so memorable for our family. Thais and Victor and Anthony and Angelo are the ones that I remember but they were all great. They went out of their way to make the evenings special and it was so appreciated. The pool and beach are gorgeous. We had good service everywhere. We will definitely return!

Wonderful resort with kind and helpful employees
We have been here just a couple days so far and the hospitality has been great. Room service was quick and delicious. Restaurants have been great. Our two year old has done a lot of activities at the kids club and absolutely loves Nanette who facilitates the kids activities. The pools are super nice including baby pools that are 1 ft and 2 ft respectively. The only thing that hasn’t been great is how expensive all the food is (room service is strangely most cost effective) but it has been tasty.

A remarkable property on the beach in Puerto Rico.
The location, size, and beauty of the property can't be understated. I'm guessing that they're located on at least 1/2 mile of private beach with only the ocean to look at. It's not a typical 4 story hotel with rooms. Rather it is a 75 acre campus of various 3 story buildings, villas, and bungalows. The staff was excellent....very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The food options were very good, though not all were open every night during our stay.
