Visit the spa at Planet Hollywood in Cancun! Made 2 spa appointments while staying at the resort. Spa was clean with an inviting atmosphere. Shout out to Diana my massage therapist who did such a great job with my therapy that I wanted to take a nap when she finished. Completely professional and made sure I was comfortable, warm and happy with the therapy pressure. Spa staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive.

Great place to vacation
We had a fantastic time. Mafer and Juan our “butlers” were such an amazing help for us. There was a couple issues in our room (bathroom door not securing and sink not draining) Mafer and Juan helped organize maintenance right away. The facilities were beautiful. They could use some extra beach/pool chairs but we still had a great time. Highly recommend renting a cabana for the day, was one of our highlights, our cabana waiter Frankie was the absolute best! The food was a bit of a struggle for our youngest picky eater but the rest of us had no issues finding things to eat. Definitely check out Planet Hollywood Cancun!

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff all go out of their way to please + help you with your day So many buffet, snack, bar locations. Super clean everywhere. Rene was the best butler ever🥰

I love all thé restaurant thé expérience I like activities Mexicain show was amazing M’y favorite team was entreteiment with Karla, José and Allan. Thé food is good, thé mexicain restaurant was incredible.

We stayed in adult scene, star class with ocean view. It was an awesome view, room 11501! We have never had a butler to help us and enjoyed that also, Miguel C. and Armando communicated with us through the WhatsApp which was convenient. We did tip $100 to each when we first got our room. We had no problems getting into restaurants with their help. There are plenty of lounge chairs in star class open, kids are allowed so we hung out on the adult side pool which is harder to get chairs and just got our drinks at star class pool (very close and better choices). I will say the drinks would often taste off like the cleaner they dip/rinse everything in needs to be rinsed better. You can mix your own drink in star class lounge or room and I did that in a big insulated cup. This place is beautiful and huge, we got 4 miles in every day just walking to pool, and to get food. Food was average at buffet, taco truck was great (by the pool) braza and catch are good. Coffee shop and ice cream truck are great! Beach was beautiful, soft white sands, lots of loungers there. Any seaweed that washed up was cleaned up by tractor every morning around 7:00am. Staff are all very friendly without tipping, but those we saw more often and helped us regularly we gave tips. We would come back here again for sure!!
