I have been to many all inclusive resorts and Hard Rock chain just does things a little better than the others. From the atmostphere, service, food quality and taste, and thoughtfulness to the small details. Their kids club is the best of all resorts. This is our 3rd trip with Hard Rock and normally my son LOVES going to the kids club. This time my 7 yr old son seemed more interested in other activities outside the kids club but when we finally brought him by...he requested to return the next day lol. Thank you Caro, Yelly, Urs, Karen, Liz, Mar, Frida, and Dani at the kids club for adding to the fun!

Pool-Side Entertainment
The whole experience was great, but the entertainment crew were the stars of the show. All of the members-including Gigi, Chino, etc. - Were great throughout the whole week we stayed. They made it fun for me and the rest of my family, hosting games, trivia, and other pool-side entertainment. I would do it again, i recommend.

Hard Rock Heaven
This was our first visit to the Hard Rock Riviera Maya. The property is quite beautiful. We stayed in Heaven (the adults only side) and it was everything we hoped for as Lucio and his team made our experience remarkable. Just wonderful service. We felt like ultra VIP guests. We were traveling with our friends who are members there. It was a real treat. We enjoyed the great food at the many restaurants and the spa as well. We loved our stay.

Butler Service Lucio and Bernardino
Lucio and Bernardo were top notch Butlers! Every need and detail was covered quickly and efficiently with warmth and graciousness. We couldn't have asked for better services. Our dinner reservations were handled, entertainment seats saved, transportation arranged, along with other fancy details. Really appreciated all of Lucio and Bernando's efforts! Bravo! Another shout out to Elias Head Butler, for setting us up!

Another Great Stay at Hard Rock Riviera Maya-Heaven
Great week at Hard Rock Riviera Maya. Not only was our room Great on the Heavan side but the food all the restaurants was great as well. We had exceptional service from Daniel and Emmanuel both of whom made the experience for my my and myself. They were there to make sure things went perfectly and they did. We also had great service from our vacation planners Maria and Paulina. Would highly recommend this special place.
