We LOVE Live Aqua!
This was our 4th visit to Live Aqua and it continues to be our MOST favorite vacation spot. We usually book the Premium Aqua Club Oceanfront Room - One King Bed but decided to upgrade to Viento Suite. It was really nice to have a bathtub and the extra sitting area/living room to relax in. Also, the included cabana was a nice upgrade as well as we took advantage of it everyday. We are always treated so well when we come here. The people are amazing, friendly and bend over backwards to do whatever it takes to make you happy. The service top notch and the food and drinks, especially the FOOD rounds everything out. Our butlers Viridiana and Eladio took great care of us checking in daily and making sure we had all we needed. We're not generally "needy" people, but it's so easy to simply ask for things using the WhatsApp to communicate. Guillermo in the Aqua Club is always so friendly and makes amazing drinks. And our man, Flavio Martinez always taking great care of us poolside by getting us the best cabanas and Hector setting our bed up nicely. David Gomez was our server for a day and was amazing as always (IYKYK). The service was great for all of the days. The chef (Sebastian) at Hidden Garden came out to check on us as well. My apologies if I left anyone out by name, I am horrible with names. We ate at MB (Habanero Soup chef's kiss), Hidden Garden twice (the mixto fried rice!!!), Azur Mediterranean and Sea Corner for lunch. We also had the Paella, the grill (the chicken OMG), the hamburger station with chips and their amazing guacamole. Also had their tacos at the taco station at night. They had lots of different meats (even the funky ones) and plenty of fixins'. The food selection and quality is really what makes it; I really wished we could of ate it all! Lastly, our room was nice and clean every single day - SHOUT out to the cleaning staff making it spotless daily. We also appreciated the turn down service nightly. Another shout out to the ladies who do the foot massage (included with your cabana). They do amazing work sitting in that hot sun. Can't wait to come back next year - I hope this helps you decide to make the trip here, it's truly AMAZING.

Live Aqua Forever
I cannot say enough about how much I enjoy coming back to Live Aqua every time. It is truly like coming home. Ruddy and Ernesto were there to not just meet but anticipate all of our needs. Monica had the drinks flowing all day. Jose and David made our breakfast at Siete a perfect start to the day. Jose on the grill- there are no words for that chicken. Flavio always takes care of us. Karina and Elena gave the best foot massages. Finally Marco not only makes the best smoothies, he instantly makes you smile. I cannot wait to come back.

Exceptional
This was our seventh time to live aqua. It’s our favorite place in Cancun. Food was delicious. Rooms comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Especially Marco, Carlos, and Santos. rooms were ice cold at night.
