Royal Solaris is our home away from home. We love visiting here every year. The pool entertainment staff is the BEST! Eder is our favorite, he always is having fun and making the day at the pool so fun! Maxine , Michelle and Maggi are amazing as well, all around such a fun group of people to spend the day with! Highly recommend everyone, it is great service and a fun place to be!

I pay an arm and a leg to be a member at this resort and all it gets me is terrible service and scammed out of the room promised to members. If you are looking for a time share/ membership consider looking elsewhere. We used to love this resort but service continues to get worse every time we visit. I feel lied to by staff so they can keep taking more and more of my money without delivering on the benefits I was promised. I couldn’t even get a glass of water at breakfast. Take your business elsewhere. You will have a better time.

Kids club was amazing!
Emi, Mariana and the rest of the kids club crew were just amazing! They engaged our kids so well that my wife and I had an amazing time at the adults pool. Kids have an amazing set of activities throughout the day and the app’s schedule was so easy to get through to plan our day. Huge kudos to Team Royal Solaris and its management.

Amazing service, amazing staff, great fun
I've been to this resort dozens of times, and I'm still mightly impressed every single trip. This week was my Bachelor Party and the staff perfectly executed my two hopes: 1) that we'd have a fun time and 2) the greatest level of service that I've grown to expect. Firstly, Eder, Maggie, and Maxin with the entertainment staff do an amazing job, keeping you thoroughly happy and lively from 10am-4pm. The slew of activities they lead, whether tequila volleyball, zumba, or their "juego loco" are so fun, and the energy they bring to every moment they're there is unmatched! Secondly, Rigoberto, Ivan, and the entire service team at the bars and restaurants are phenomenal. They remember you day after day, and a few of them recognized me from the last time I was here 2 years ago. Their dedication to serving you goes beyond their job. It is evident that they genuinely want you to be happy and have a great time.

Honesty
The food was good, the drinks were incredible, and it was an enjoyable experience. However, the most memorable thing was the phenomenal entertainment staff named Maxine. She’s irreplaceable with her energy, excitement, and her passion for everyone to have a good time! If you do have to much fun they have a wonderful doctor named Víctor Domínguez, who will rapidly assist you in whatever you need in order to go back to having fun.
