May 20, 2025Second time wit swim up suite a charm!
Our second visit in three years, we booked a Golden Pool swim up suite. It was a wonderful experience, very easy to get used to! The site was large and well maintained, and we had bar and grill service from our patio. We are not big pool endless activity folks, so a perfect setup. The restaurants were all lovely, and had outside dinners five of seven nights. The French (Alsace) was lovely with excellent food, especially Foix Gras! We were pleasantly surprised by an operating cigar and hookah lounge, many other Mexican hotels have dropped this feature. The coffee shop was lovely, with good options. We really like both the Plaza and the lobby bar as airy seating venues.

Another great vacation at Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya
It was our 15th trip to Valentin Imperial with another couple this May. We had a great time again and we want to thank several people from this resort who made out vacation great! Sandra Helaine at reservation - this vacation couldn't happen without her help. Couple Food Truck managers - Jose Luis and "Big Angel", they are awesome! Big thanks to French Restaurant server Oscar, he is great! And server Jorge at breakfast and lunch at main dining room. We are planing to return next year.

Best in Mexico
The best hotel we have ever been. Food great,Service Great. Book now. Hospitality 100% Great. Staff Great 10th year there. Food 100% fabulous.. Room super Clean. Staff 👍 . Weather nice. Pool even better. French Restaurant was elegant. Coffee the best ever. 👌

Such a great relaxing time!
We have stayed at the Valentin Imperial several times and our last stay was just as enjoyable as all the rest. The service was top notch. Any request we had was met quickly and efficiently. The room was kept clean, the food was spectacular, (our favorite restaurant was L'OLIVO) and the staff were friendly and warm. The only disappointment was one of the evening shows. Not sure if 'Michael Jackson' was not feeling well but we've seen this show many times and enjoyed it but this time the performer was just not making an effort and it felt like he didn't really want to be there. I think what we like the most about the resort is the Privilege package and having a reserved bed on the beach. The beach was beautiful and we spent every day there. We will definitely be going back again as this is our favorite relaxation destination.

BEYOND 5 STAR
This is our 3rd visit celebrating our wedding anniversary. Gustavo at Prive checked us in. His attentiveness was outstanding!.Erlandi with Concierge services and Ivonne with Reservations worked very hard to accommodate all of our requests and exceeded our expectations! Dora PR Specialist spent an hour with us in the Lobby while we waited for our ride back to the airport..she shared the history of the Valentin franchise and the many amazing aspects of this incredible resort. Yet it's not just the beauty of the resort but the kindness and warmth of the Mexican people that added the magic to this vacation experience.. we'll be back..our great server Miguel..we will see you again at poolside..HOLA!!!
