The room itself wasn’t properly cleaned: one pillowcase was dirty, and a few hand towels even had someone else’s false eyelashes on them.

Location can’t be beat. Staff were warm and friendly. Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. The ocean view from our lanai was beautiful and sunsets were breathtaking. Happy they had filtered water filling station for my big Stanley. Interior of our room could use a paint refresh, but that would be my only suggestion.

Hotel is in a great location. Stay is incredible. Property is worn and not memorable. REALLY needs renovated. Not at all intimate - VERY busy 24/7. Getting a chair at the pool is virtually impossible - unless you want to pay $250/day for a private cabana. Feels oversold.

Outstanding Service!
We stay at this hotel every time we come to Honolulu. The staff are outstanding and a huge shout out and thank you to Robert C who made our experience absolutely perfect! The staff in the Regency Lounge are also out of this world fabulous making it overall a fabulous stay!

Better than expected
Beautiful waterfalls in the center great accomadating staff Very clean Attention to detail Excellent customer service Perfect location Good value for money Front desk Operates smooth And checking out Great mix of of less expensive “food joints” one block behind onto Kuhio But fantastic food - walkable upscale within a few minutes walk
- AdvisoryStarting August 25th, 2024, the Regency Club Lounge at Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa will reduce its operational hours from 24 hours to 6:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. daily. However, the food service schedule remains unchanged. Breakfast will be available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., followed by refreshments and snacks from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Hors d’oeuvres will be served from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with desserts and beverages following until 9:15 p.m.
