Anayeli was a great pool host ! She kept us well hydrated ! Carlos at the beach was amazing as well ! He kept us well taken care of !

I already filled out a giant survey with complaints and then was lead to this. Long story short, the "Family Section" is not family friendly, it's not all inclusive, it's still under a lot of construction, we do not have any services that are included in the "Adult Only" side, etc. Even though we were part of the wedding party for my sister-in-law and my daughter was the flower girl, we were completely excluded from hanging out with our family because apparently, thr aunt only side and family side are owned by completely different companies and we were not allowed to access anything over there. The rooms were so wet and humid that we couldn't sleep because we were laying in moisture and even oir bills and passports laying on the dresser warped. This was incredibly disappointing. Would not recommend going here if you have children.

Great tennis lesson at Rafa Nadal
I had a tennis lesson with Ismael. In one hour we could find the sweet spot of my weaknesses and could concentrate on them.. great hour, funny time, excellent tips.

Worst experience ever. We booked our stay at Grand Palladium and later upgraded to the TRS Hotel (loft room) for $555 for three nights. We were instructed to go to the concierge to complete check-in. However, upon arriving at TRS, we were told we needed to pay an additional $300, even though we had already paid the $555 at the Grand Palladium concierge. I refused to pay the extra amount, and we were sent back to the Grand Palladium concierge. A staff member named Veronica confirmed—after speaking with the TRS manager Gasper—that our loft room upgrade was approved. Despite this confirmation, the manager later backed out and denied the room. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. As a result, over two hours of our vacation were wasted just trying to check in and get clear direction. When I asked how they would compensate us for the lost time and stress, we were only offered a late checkout. That does not make up for the inconvenience, stress, and poor customer service we experienced. This situation completely disrupted our vacation, and I am very disappointed with how it was handled. Rooms and bathrooms were dirty too.

This place could do so much better with their food, They have a beautiful location, great staff, nice rooms, great family fun and great adult fun. But their good is not good at all, in the 5 days I was here I maybe had about 5 items that were good. The cappuccino very good, pastries nice, a couple lunch and one dinner was good at El dorado. Went to the other steak house last night and their meat was terrible, for being supposedly the higher end steak house on the resort, their meat was tough and grisly. For supposedly being a 5 star resort with a 6 star price their food standard is probably the worst I have ever experienced in all my travels. We came for a wedding which was beautiful, the grounds are nice, but big here and lots of carts running around delivering people everywhere. We upgraded to the TRS , for the price not sure if it’s worth it, you get a closer spot to the beach, they say better restaurants but that failed, more pool selection, all pools are cold. Spa was just ok, had a massage, the bed was cold and uncomfortable, the hot tub was not hot just warm . Anyway much better places out there to book then here. Secrets is just next door .
