The restaurants were all great. Excellent service. From all we had a really great experience in Marco Polo the waiters name started with a G I really wish I remembered he was was always one step ahead. The entertainment team was A-1 make you feel like family not guest.

The room is nice, chamber maids do not speak English. Kept fridge stocked with beverages. Only one hand towel per cleaning instead of 2. Bed slept good. Love the decor, esp in the hallways, lobbies, walls. Etc. The massages were awesome. My cousin & I had therapists Breny & Irene. They did a fantastic job.

GR Solaris with family
Our recent stay was made truly unforgettable thanks to the amazing entertainment team at the main pool and the wonderful staff throughout the resort. Special thanks to Jona, the entertainment manager, who leads an energetic and fun-loving team. Marco, Israel, Gracie, Ruben, Emmanuel, Javi, and Julio kept the atmosphere lively and engaging every day. From pool games to dance sessions, they made sure everyone—from kids to adults—was having a blast. Their energy and friendliness were infectious! A huge shout-out to the Kids Club, where my grandson had the time of his life! Crissel, Bel, and Adi were fantastic—so warm, patient, and fun. It was comforting to see how much he enjoyed every moment with them, and it gave us peace of mind knowing he was in such great hands. Jessica and Nina at guest services were always helpful, professional, and incredibly kind, going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met with a smile. Dining was another highlight of our stay, thanks to the excellent service provided by Vermon, Jair, and Alan. They were attentive, friendly, and ensured every meal was a wonderful experience. This team truly makes the resort feel like a home away from home. Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality—we can’t wait to come back!

Vacation 2025
We had an absolutely incredible stay! A huge shoutout to the amazing team that made our trip so special. Around the main pool, Israel, Marco, Gracie, Ruben, Emmanuel, Javi, and Julio went above and beyond every single day to make sure we were taken care of — always with a smile and great energy. They truly made our time by the pool unforgettable. Crissel and her staff — Bel and Adi — at the Little Kids Club were fantastic! Jonah had the best time, and it gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in such wonderful hands. Jona (entertainment manager) does an outstanding job with the shows — the ICONS performance was a highlight of our trip. We were lucky enough to experience it outside, and it was truly magical! Jessica and Nina from Guest Experience were always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist with anything we needed — their support made everything feel seamless. And of course, dining wouldn’t have been the same without Vermon, Alan, Lupitta, and Jair — they each have a way of making every meal feel like a special occasion. Their warmth and attention to detail made every dining experience a joy. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable vacation. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect place to bring the kids to.
The Staff GR Solaris are very hospitable. Many staff members are more than willing to help. However, just like any other resort around the world, they try to get you to make a appointment with you to tell you about time share/ hotel brand memberships. Not a big deal, all you can to do is decline politely for they will not pressure you more on the matter.
