May 18, 2025Superb service from GR breakfast
My fiance and I don't stay at the GR hotel but we stay at the Royal Solaris but each and every morning we make sure to take the drive over to go and visit these amazing people for breakfast! I dont have a picture of the manager that runs this incredible establishment but his warm welcome and above and beyond service is incredible. Our sweet host Paula would greet us as we walk down the stairs and always sat us right away. We always looked forward to seeing them each morning. The service, food and people are truly the best here and we always make sure to come even though we don't sleep at this hotel. As members of this resort, I highly recommend anyone to stay here! Even Chef Francisco came out to introduce himself. When I explained to him how much I loved fresh smoked salmon so he MADE SURE to have some ready for me all week for breakfast.

Float Away in Relaxation
Absolutely outstanding! We did the 80 minute deep tissue massage and we literally floated away at the end. Brent and Perla are excellent therapists! The spa is relaxing and the staff will take excellent care of you. They were detailed in their work and made the experience one to remember!

Kids club
They have a kid club and it's very clean and nice we really enjoyed the stay and the rooms were nice and clean and lots of fun activities for kids and adults we will definitely come here again and the view from the room is so good.......mm........

Nina and Jessica are the best!
Jessica and Nina were excellent representatives for this hotel. They were friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the amenities offered by this resort. I demand that they receive a spot bonus, or I will post negative things about the management!!! Just kidding. Do take care of them please they’re great employees.

Great place
Very nice hotel, service excellent. Food had good flavor. Overall nice experience the show were nice. Close city bus stop. Take the city bus it is safe and convenient and cheap The beach is not the best for swimming but it is beautiful to see and walk
