I took my family here for spring break last week. I thought the experience exceeded my expectations. Clean, well maintained facility. The staff was great -- shout out to Pedro (Auma), Javier/Arturo (bell desk), Amir (manager), and Joelle (Bartender). Everyone in my family had a great time. They programmed the pool days with fun, themed events. As you would expect the food and drink were readily available. Only two suggestions for guests.....both have been discussed on Tripadvisor .... so just confirming. When you get there, setup your dinner reservations for the week. If you change them, fine, but at least get them. And, pool chairs start to fill up around 830 or so. Plan accordingly. Very well done.

Poolside service
I was serviced my many and Navoa . Many and navoa were both very attentive and willing to help however. My boyfriend and i were very pleased with the service and came back to the same spot 3 out of the 4 days of our stay due to that. I would recommend their service.

Best Kids Club Ever!!
Loved our stay here! Staff was courteous and accommodating. One of the best parts of the resort was the kids club. My 10 and 6 year old loves getting dropped off and spending time with Arge, Nath, Rubi, Dixie, Ale, and Dani. They did games, crafts and karaoke, getting some much needed indoor cooling down time while we adults could get some free time ourselves.

Fantastic resort
Our company had a great time at the resort. Want to give a specific shout out to Naidelin, she took care of us every night and was always there whenever we needed anything. Overall our experience was great, but she took great to can’t wait to come back again.

Jeho great waiter
We had a beautiful dinner service at La Luce, Jeho was an exceptional waiter who was very attentive friendly. The food arrived on a timely manner. Jeho was very attentive. Food was beautiful the calamari and prawns, especially and the poached pair.
