Rooms are super clean. The staff members strive to give their guests the best experience on this resort. Food is excellent, service is second to none, activities are fun… do not miss out on the 12 o clock aqua class by lovely Nicole! Cocktails keep flowing all day! We spent a week in paradise

Best family vacation ever
The activity team was amazing! We did dance lessons, football throwing competitions, bingo and karaoke with the whole family. Leticia and Nicole were the absolutely the best! They were so friendly and made us feel like part of the family. 10 out of 10 for sure.

Best bartender ever!
Went to the martini bar multiple times. Tony was absolutely unbelievable! One of the greatest bartenders I’ve ever had to make me a drink! Highly recommend seeing him at the martini bar when you go to Fiesta Americana resorts. I wish I could give him more than five stars!

Beautiful Resort
Nicole and Leticia were excelante at the water arobex and very engaged with the guests! They were also very personable and kind! The resort is very relaxing and beautiful!!!!! The staff is very accommodating and helpful! The food and drinks are wonderful and Alejandro is an excellent server!

I love this resort
Leticia and Nicole were the best, ever!! They are so kind and friendly toward everyone! We had a lot of fun in their water aerobics class. We talked with them afterward as well, and they were so nice to my family and I!! I would really recommend coming to this resort and especially see them!
