Byan gave superior service at the pool. He was always there to bring a drink or a snack. All around great guy. Provided an amazing experience to me and my husband. 100% suggest renting a cabana at the Bikini Bar! We rented a cabana for 3 days. I like sun and my husband likes shade. Perfect combination!

Consistently Exceptional Getaway
We have visited this resort 5 times over the last two years. While we have sworn off vacation clubs for over 35 years, we finally became members and thoroughly enjoy all this resort has to offer. Our salesman Bobby is the best! This is a well maintained property that they are continually updating and upgrading. I am a fairly picky traveler and I find myself very comfortable with the accommodations. The staff in all areas is exceptional as well. Our concierge Antonio goes above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with our room and makes sure all our needs are met. Jorge is also a great help throughout the check-in process and is always ready to assist us. The entertainment team is fantastic and does a great job providing fun activities to keep us on the move! Nicole is a darling and remembers us each time we come back to visit. She made sure to celebrate our anniversary as well as my son-in-laws birthday poolside and she leads a great water exercise class. All of the team is great and I’m sure I am spelling names wrong but Yair, Jacciel (baby face), Armando, Lorena and Leticia (?) all do such a great job running activities and keeping guests entertained. Also, if you have an opportunity to take a paddle yoga class with Alexandra, do it. She’s great. The wait staff in the restaurants and pool area is wonderful and attentive as well. Most recently we had Yami and Alejandro by the pool. They were always available to bring us food and beverages and went out of their way to be sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend a stay here if you are considering it! Also, it didn’t hurt that the whale activity was CRAZY!

Amazing experience in Cabo
Beautiful resort, great service and the food was amazing!! Javier poolside was very attentive and provided great service. Abraham at breakfast provided great service. Our room was maintained beautifully and the maids were very sweet!!

Alex is the best waiter around
Great service by Alex, as usual! From prompt service from the time you sit down, then throughout your meal, to the time you’re done, Alex makes sure nothing is missed and you enjoy your experience. Overall the service here is great, but Alex takes it to another level!

Outstanding Service from Regulo and Estefany
Service at Vina Del Mar for morning breakfast and at Cervicheria was outstanding. The attention was unparalleled from Regulo and Estefany was a testament to what all Grand Fiesta staff should strive. Also, the buffet choices were plentiful and tasty!
