The resort was amazing, we had preferred club so we were able to make reservations each night and avoid the lines. There was allot of activities for kids is they were interested. We spent most of the days at the proffered club. Be leary if the animal vendors in the beach, they are aggressive and expect top dollar after you have touched their pet and took pictures. They think it's worth $25 per person to hold their animal plus get photographed. We are everything and no one got sick from food nor mixed drinks. We'd go back !

Great time at Onyx
3rd time at Onyx and we are never disappointed. Really enjoy this resort. Staff is excellent. Food is good. Love the 2 for 1 resorts as we have access to Breathless resort next door. Pools are in great and water park is awesome for adults and older kids.

Great Trip!
Just returned from a family and friends trip, had an excellent time at a great resort, staff took great care of us and tried to accommodate a large group like we had to the best of their abilities. Resort was well laid out and for the most part in great condition, food was excellent at the specialty restaurants and at the buffet your standard buffet food, some great and some so so. Liked the spots where you could grab a quick bite without having to sit down during the day, wait staff was amazing at pools and bars, especially Eliphet who took care of us at our swim out room and Juan Carlso, there were others but unfortunately I did not get their names. Great resort for families or even just adults. Only issue I had was the same one I have on every vacation to resorts, apparently walking on the right side and sharing the walk ways as if there was a middle is no longer a thing, some people just only think of themselves and no one else exists.

Wonderful helpful friendly staff. Beautiful resort with great pools, beach and restaurants. The wait staff and butler’s go above and beyond in service. Several restaurants to choose from with variety of food choices. Our family will definitely return!

Dreams Onyx is an awesome resort!
Everything about the preferred club was outstanding! I would highly recommend it if you are on the fence about it. The services of having a butler is so helpful. We loved the preferred pool. Talk about the staff...they are all amazing. Give Dreams Onyx a try...you will not regret your decision.
