We enjoyed our trip and our stay. The beach was wonderful and the restaurant and beer was amazing. We did not encounter an aggressive person which we really appreciate.

Great experience here! Yeu is amazing! I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything—from check-in to check-out—was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay.

Outrigger Paradise is just that!
We’ve been coming here for years but this is the first time back since the renovation. The hotel looks great. The staff, as usual, were first rate. The two minute walk to the beach was easy. Special thanks to Marilou at the front desk/check-in who really helped us out with a room issue, and looked after us the rest of our eleven night stay, always friendly and a short chat on our way out or in. Also thanks to Angie (front desk)for her hospitality. Our 8th floor housekeeper Helen was great, and the young man at the pool, I can’t remember his name, was very helpful and friendly each time I came to get towels or just showing up to use the pool facility. The restaurant Appetito was great with daily specials.

Friendly and Accommodating Staff
Jenny at the front desk was very helpful in checking us in and out. We have a nice view of the ocean from the dining table at the penthouse level. Another staff at the front desk (sorry I didn't catch his name) was very kind to give us a late checkout as we are moving to a hotel near the airport to catch an early flight the next morning. Every staff and cleaning crew we met were very friendly.
