Shu Wen is the best!
Shu Wen always left our room perfect! She was so sweet every time we saw her in the hallway and she was always mindful of anything we needed! She’s amazing! The room itself was a little loud due to nearby construction but that’s to no fault of the hotel, just the time of year we came.

Excellent service, hotel was clean, bed uncomfortable for me. I’m sure the mattress probably needs replaced. I had left a shirt in the closet and the guest services manager Denise Pina Torres was absolutely excellent in helping me get my shirt back. She boxed it up and sent it to me .🤗

Best weekend ever!
Our family decided to spend Thanksgiving weekend at this hotel. Marilou checked us in and was awesome. The entire staff was top-notch! Sasha with housekeeping, and Shandan at the pool, always kept our kids safe and sound. Perfect location

Convenient location!
We stayed here in a two bedroom suite for a week during our trip to Oahu. Overall, our stay was good. Here’s my breakdown of what we liked about this hotel and what could be improved. What was good? Location - it’s about two short blocks to the beach. We could walk to the beach in about 5 minutes, shorter depending on the traffic light. And so convenient to stores and restaurants. It was nice to be less than a block to a Target where we got some water and snacks on our first day in Waikiki. Another thing that was good was the staff. The front desk people were friendly and helpful and the concierge, Blayne, was very helpful and informative about where to visit on the island. Also, our room was clean upon arrival and housekeeping was great. And the beds were comfortable. And the kitchenette area was good. It had a microwave, a decent sized refrigerator, and a kettle that we got upon request. There was a Keurig coffee machine but as a tea drinker, the kettle was better to have. We also liked the size of the living room and the two balconies. What can be improved? So, I can only write about the two bedroom suite. Maybe the other rooms didn’t have these issues I am about to describe. My husband and I had one room with the queen and our young adult son had the other room with the full sized bed. The size of the rooms were enough. However, we wished there was more storage in the rooms and the rest of the suite. In the room, a nightstand with a little storage on both sides of the bed would have been nice since there is no dresser in the room. Instead, there was a small side table and an oversized lamp. It looks nice but not practical. I ended up using the tv stand/cabinet in the living room to put some of my items. Something else that could have been improved is the storage/organization in the bathroom. The bathroom itself is small and the shower area is the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. It would have been nice to have a bigger counter space or a drawer or two or maybe just a few hooks in the bathroom. To share a space with even one other person and not have the space to put our stuff was a bit challenging. This is a small issue but improving storage space would make a big difference. Another challenge was the parking garage. Since it was also a public garage for some local retail and restaurants, finding parking with our rental car was sometimes frustrating. But we did visit Oahu during a busy season so that didn’t help either. So overall, we did enjoy our stay. In terms of the accommodations, I would give this place a 3.5 but the friendly staff bumped up my rating to a 4 instead of a 3.

OUTSTANDING!!!!
Unfortunately, we can't give more than a five-star rating. But in our ranking, this hotel is rated Ten Stars Plus. My wife and I went to Hawaii for two reasons. To run the Honolulu Marathon. And to renew our wedding vows. We stayed there for ten nights. First, I'll start by thanking : -Ms. Kiana Beimes, General Manager, for responding to our email and for managing this hotel. -Ms. Katherine Allen, Operations Administrator, for responding to our emails quickly and answering our questions. -Angie and John, who checked us in, friendly, nice, professional people. (Thank you for the pleasant surprise in our room 806.) -Cassandra, front desk, who helped us print our Cirque de Soleil tickets. (Beautiful Christmas Nails). -Tracy and Gabriel, who helped us print our marathon numbers. -Elvie, our beloved housekeeping, always taking care of us with a smile on her face. Zhikang and Shandon, who take care of the pool and gym, are very kind. -To the bellmen who are always polite and ask if we need anything. And to everyone, we didn't have the pleasure of meeting who works at this hotel About the Hotel: The rooms are very, very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The room size is great. The decor is impeccable. Everything worked perfectly, everything is very beautiful, the hotel was recently renovated. The pool area is always clean. The gym is always working. The lobby is extremely cozy. The entire hotel is extremely welcoming. The location could not be better, close to everything. Mahalo to everyone and for everything. Gustavo and Sonia
