A very good Hotel!
The hotel was really nice, the rooms were very clean, and fresh. The views are really nice, the lobby was beautiful! It was really close to a lot of stores and was only 1 minute walk to the nearest ABC store. The pool was very cool, and filled with excitement. There was a water slide, a smaller slide for the younger kid. Just to let you know NEVER go swimming near rocks, I got hit into a rock but lucky me there was a Medical Center in the hotel. The beach is really nice, but the waves can get really big.

Roger was amazing
Roger in housekeeping was a breath of fresh air everyday. So great coming back to a spotless room everyday. He is a fun guy, with a positive vibe. Overall the hotel was fantastic. Staff were great! The hotel was in great condition, this is 5th stay with 15 family members. See you in 2026!

Desperately need umbrellas at The Pool
Desperately needs more umbrellas at The Pool!! Chairs are placed like sardines with only a handful of umbrellas! Seats approximately 400 people and has 7 Umbrellas that cover for people. And chairs are closed so close together that you have to crawl onto the chair to get in place😂🤦🏽♀️

직원분들이 매우 친절해요
리셉션데스크부터 룸클리너까지 모든 직원들이 매우 친절해요. Especially, Roger, thank you for your kindness. Your smile makes us so happy! 뷰와 위치가 좋아요 와이파이가 너무 느려서 없는것과 같다는게 유일하게 아쉬운 점이에요

Location location location
On our second trip to Hawaii we chose to stay at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort, a massive 1600 room resort. As you would expect from a hotel of this size can be a bit chaotic with the amount of people it can accommodate. We happened to arrive at the same moment a large banquet function was letting out and the drive was a bit backed up and took a minute to get in. We were told it’s not always like this, and we were thankful they were right. However, you will encounter lines at times. We happened to grab breakfast around 7:30 am and was able to get right in. By the time we left, there were about 20 people waiting to be seated. The staff were always friendly and attentive, making sure every need was met with a smile. The spirit of aloha was apparent with everyone we interacted with. Sheratons outside the continental US are a step above and offer exceptional service. The resort’s location is unbeatable, right on the stunning Waikiki Beach, offering breathtaking ocean views and easy access to all the local attractions. The rooms are beautifully renovated, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could need. We had a partial ocean, but primarily city view. It was what we booked but the front desk agent did his best to give us the best room he could, even though they were sold out, and we didn’t ask for any upgrade. He offered some different options, which allowed us to choose, and we were happy with our choice. We still woke up to the sound of the waves and the sight of Diamond Head in the distance. With Bonvoy status you get complimentary continental breakfast which you can upgrade if you want. During our stay everything was ala carte with no buffet offered at Kai Market the restaurant. We stuck with the continental which was basic, fruit, yogurt and granola oatmeal, pastries and coffee or juices. Basic, plenty for a light breakfast. The trade of the massive size and all the people that come with it are the amenities. The resort’s pools are fantastic, especially the infinity pool which offers a serene escape with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. For those looking to stay active, the fitness center is well-equipped, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy, from beach yoga to paddleboarding, and even ukulele lessons if you are so inspired. The resort also has excellent facilities for events, with spacious meeting rooms and beautiful outdoor spaces. Overall, the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort exceeded all my expectations. You also get some reciprocal privileges at sister resorts. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing vacation, a romantic getaway, or even a business trip. I can’t wait to return and experience the magic of Waikiki once again!
