Beautiful resort and fantastic staff. Everyone is Very friendly and accommodating. Special call out to Jorge Vivas, great guy who knows how to make guests feel welcome!!! Room was large and clean with a great view. Beach and pool areas were always clean. Clinic staff and Dr Mildred were great too!

Excellent resort because of the excellent people.
We stayed for 5 days over the week of Thanksgiving break. Beautiful resort with plenty of of opportunity to just relax and unwind. Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The check in process was quick and painless. Access to the beach was very straightforward. The bars were easy to get to and they did a great job of getting quality drinks out quickly. The food was excellent and our dining and overall all experience was excellent. One of the many people that made sure our experience was excellent was Jorge Vivas. We met Jorge in the dining room and was always checking in with us and took a minute or two to chat with us. The way he engaged with us about thing’s beyond the resort really made him stand out for all the right reasons. THANK YOU Jorge helped our mornings get off to a great start.

Thanksgiving in Cozumel
Great property! Well worth the all inclusive fee. Friendly and helpful guest services, especially Ligia and Martin. Had lovely vacation, excellent activities at Best Beach with Memo and Victor. Helped me with fantastic diving with local dive master! Especially grateful on flexibility with scheduling dives, highly recommend Melia Cozumel.

Romantic Getaway
We had a very nice time. The only thing I didn’t like was the water at the beach and this is not the hotels fault. Room, bar and food was good. The staff is what makes this place special. Hector is the best concierge and Gerardo’s beach and pool service is over the top. We will be back soon.

Very Clean resort. Small resort 250 rooms. No live music. Staff is amazing. Food is good but lack of variety. Mostly stews. No carved Meat. Beach is great but water always cloudy. Have to go to the next hotel to swim. For that reason wont return.
