Unforgettable Week at Casa Zamna
I just returned home from an unforgettable week spent at Casa Zamna with my parents and my (now) fiancé. The property is directly on the beach and is more intimate in size, with only 22 rooms — which ended up being absolutely perfect for our needs. Being right on the beach was a dream. There are two pools at the beach club and two separate lounge areas, both 10/10 and offering different vibes. Most days it felt quiet, zen, and incredibly peaceful. On some days it picked up a bit, with guests shuttling in from the main resort, but it never felt like a wild party atmosphere. It truly provides a calm, restorative stay. The beach club offers a few activities like beach volleyball, yoga, and jewelry making. Making bracelets with Johnny was a highlight for us. If you’re looking for more action, you may be better suited staying at the main resort — but, the shuttle service makes it possible to go to the main resort throughout the day. We went to the main resort twice: once for lunch at La Taquería and to lounge by the pool, and another time for dinner at Jasmine, where the food was impressive. We didn’t want to wait for the scheduled shuttle return that evening, and the staff seamlessly arranged a private shuttle for us, which we really appreciated. At the beach club, you’re within walking distance to shops and restaurants in town. We took advantage of that proximity a few times, but ultimately found ourselves just looking forward to being served by Carlos and Carolina at the beach club. For dining options: Breakfast is available at Rosewater. Lunch can be enjoyed at Seaside Grill, Willy’s Place, or Rosewater. Dinner is served exclusively at Rosewater. Rosewater was never packed, and we felt like we were having private dining experiences again and again. The meals were tasty, but the service is what kept us coming back daily. Carlos and Carolina went above and beyond to make our dining experiences unforgettable. They were incredibly attentive and did everything they could to ensure we were happy in every way. There’s something about their service that makes you feel like more than just a guest — it felt like they were family. I would return solely because of the care we received from them. Ninno was another standout staff member who accommodated our every need, checking in personally on a daily basis to make sure nothing felt less than perfect. To say we felt cared for is truly an understatement. To make a special time even more special, my now fiancé proposed to me on the roof — so the beach club will forever hold a meaningful chapter in our story. If you’re looking for the right spot in Tulum to reset and leave your worries behind, Casa Zamna is the place. The level of attentiveness and care here is truly unique. Thank you to the entire staff for contributing to such a monumental trip for our family. We look forward to returning in the future!

Gorgeous, friendly and Amazing Tullum Secrets Resort
Beautiful resort. Excellent service and food. Pools were cold so we traveled by the resort to their (Secrets) beach area which was amazing. Room was top notch and gorgeous. Staff is amazing, the best we've ever had and we've been to and we've been almost all of them. (Secrets is know for all of what I list here, so you will never be disappointed.) A little hard to find your way around as the resort forms a circle, but it is peaceful and beautiful. Serene. January weather isn't warm, I would recommend February and March. Cheaper rates then too.

Great Beach Holiday
We just came home from Holiday at Casa Zamna were we celebrated the birthday's of my wife and daughter. I am at the age where I don't enjoy large properties. Casa Zamna filled the requirement for small and cozy, there are only 22 rooms. I have a disability and Nino did everything he could to accommodate my needs. We found the beach a great place to relax and leave our everyday behind. The staff were all ready to serve, always with a smile, especially Carlos and Carolina in the restaurant. We had the option to shuttle to the main resort but only tried it once. The shuttle with main resort guests was over full and I think we were the only ones that had not been over served alcohol by the staff. They were obviously very busy and kept everyone happy!! We had an Ocean Front Preferred Suite and it was very comfortable. The view was spectacular. We could never really figure out the electrical switches for the lights but managed to find comfortable lighting. There was actually no real comfortable chair or couch to relax in. I'd suggest getting rid of the huge tub (it looks great but I don't think there is enough hot water to fill it and not sure it has ever been used because of the air in the pipes) and using the space for a comfortable sitting area. We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Actually our daughter's partner proposed to her on the beach at sunset. That will be a moment none of us will forget. The Beach Club is located within walking distance of many fine restaurants. They are a little pricey but well worth trying a few out during your stay. Casa Zamna thanks for providing us a comfortable and memorable experience.

Excellent resort - I will return!!
Excellent resort and staff. Some of the best all inclusive resturants/food I have ever had. Don't be scared away that this resort is not directly on the beach. The amazing pools and service at the resort more than make up for distance to beach. Easy trip on the shuttle to have beach day. Pools at resort were pleasantly empty - no chair game here!!!
