The entire staff have made this trip “One to Remember”! From Gabrielle the Sommelier, Saul and Arturo with Ultimate Vacation Club, the waitstaff; Rodrigo, Jose, Angel, Jesus, Grabiel, Trancisco, Marina, Manoses and the bellman Adrian, the staff in the Preferred Club; Ricardo, Omar, Maria and the personnel that work with Amstar, Fernando. Itzi and the other waitstaff and club personnel at the golf course pro shop. And even the ladies in the spa that pampered my wife and girls. There have been so many people that I couldn’t possibly name them all. But each person God brought before us has been the kindest and most gracious people. And have helped us to make the absolute most we could out of this trip. And because of their hard work and willingness to not only love on our kids, but truly love wanting to make sure we had a great time, we will be coming back time and time again. God bless each of you! Words could not express how grateful we are to each our you!

Really great experience
This place far surpassed my expectations. We had a wonderful experience, especially in the premium areas, and I was very happy we upgraded to that, but I don't think it's necessary to still have a great experience here. Beautiful location for sure.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Wait times on restaurants & buffets were very long. Room service took an hour and 45 minutes. It was cold. And forgot items. Very understaffed to manage hotel personnel.. Nothing to do at night. The only positive was that the pool area was clean and beverage staff were brilliant.

Beach underwhelming. Much smaller than expected. Pool amazing Restaurants and food spectacular Staff service far above expectations Constant upselling very tiresome Activities were fun Tipping for every service gets old and expensive Cleanliness top notch

Fun in the sun…don’t come without sunblock
Great service and perfect venue for wedding, guests and their families! Food was great and the general vibe was very nice. Get the preferred ( look for Jorge.. he is the keys to happiness) if possible and room service with the family was very nice. Nice gym and very close walk to the water taxi to Isla which I highly recommend.
