Nov 28, 2024Great price and location and wonderful for family
The place was clean neat the staff was amazing even with some of the hiccups with our room. Everything was taken care of Well. We absolutely loved our Bellman - Juan Pablo. He was super friendly, helpful and kind. Looking forward to returning.

Nov 28, 2024Sunscape CoCo experience
We absolutely loved the Sunscape CoCo and all of the staff. Right from the start everyone was very welcoming. Felix the bell boy helped us right away. Jose (big boy), chocolate and coffee were some of the staff near the pool and hosted activities. Always bringing such good energy to the main pool. Yonaida was one of the bartenders at the swim up bar and she would even bring us some drinks to where we were sitting at the pool. We think it it worth it to upgrade to the Sunscape adult only sunclub where you can eat at the Kaleidoscope buffet- which in our opinion had the best food at the resort. The sunclub also gets you to the VIP bar that has amazing drinks and bartenders. We want to highlight Maria, who made very good drinks. Overall, we recommend staying here.

Not worth the money we book with tui paid a lot off money for a low grade hotel, food cold keep running out of drinks was told there was a lot of restaurants to choose from but they where close most of the time then when open had to queue as there is no booking services took two hours for the steak and then it was cold and drinks was no good, staff ok but didn’t speak good English and some are just rude , beach for hotel is dirty and sea full of rubbish walk down the beach to the next hotel and totally different clean told hotel staff and they just walked away

Vacation To The Max
The buffet restaurant is awesome. The staff are very friendly. Especially Edfy Murphy In all of the areas of the hotel, everyone has gone above and beyond to ensure that we are having a great time and that we feel comfortable. There are many restaurants to choose from.

Holiday from hell
All but one of the restaurants are closed the food is slop one night my wife sat there eating bread. The staff are rude and only speak English when it suits all the bars that are open run out of drink every single day. The rooms are falling apart. The beach is absolutely filthy and the sea is full of bottles plastic bags due to watching the staff pick it up from the beach and just throw it into the sea. This hotel is a living nightmare. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
