bad its not worthed , too many bad things that its hard to start from,bad food taste terrible, food from the buffet was always cold, lack of waiters in the pool area, towels and sheets in the room were never change, and a lot off another things that i already wrote down above

I loved staying in this hotel the room was very comfortable, the food was great and the beach area very clean and beautiful.

Had a great time if it weren't for the sheet incident. The employees were great and extremely helpful.

Great stay at Grand Park Royal Puerto Vallarta
Overall great stay and excellent service makes this an excellent hotel to consider for your next vacation. My wife was concerned about a few items in the room that were missing including a lamp shade, but I didn’t even notice.

Nice place very good location
Nice place to getaway for the weekend WiFi sucks ac not as good /snack bar same thing every day it would be nice to have a change
