Gume is amazing! Great service. very, very great service always on top of us. The best everyone that works here is top-tier. We don’t even wanna leave. Never had to get up for a drink. Amazing amazing amazing 10 out of 10. That’s all I can say is just the best.

Laid back vacation, great location, even better staff!
Fiesta Americana is a small resort which we loved. Fun pool area and great beach. You didn’t have to fight for a chair or towels! Food was very good, we loved the Asian restaurant best (shoutout to Kevin and Miguel). The Friday Fiesta was fun with a great buffet, dancers and a mariachi band! Great location close to the marina and down town. We watched whales from our balcony! The staff is what sets this resort apart from others I’ve stayed at. Rosalio greeted us every morning for breakfast with a smile and mimosas, Leo at the pool was super fun, I wish I remembered everyone’s name. Every staff member went above and beyond. Housekeeping kept our fridges stocked and rooms cleaned. Highly recommend!!

This was our 10th stay at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta. The last time my wife and i were there in December 2024. As always, i was pleased with the friendliness of the hosts. Starting from reception, were Alma, Iveth, Alejandra Gomez and many others were helpful with any questions. Dorsy the manager from Chula Vista and Rosalio who has been working there for 25 years, Rafael,Alejandro. They are all very professional. Jose Vizcarra manager from El Mexicano. Great chef from Rosato Manuel Tapia, I've been to Italy many times and and I can say he understands Italian cuisine very well. Yulissa and Patricia help him very well. Ximena Torres, Jaime,Daniel, Kristi, Israel, luis from Asian restaurant, Danae, they love guest very much. We did have bad experience at Sonne Club. A lot of people come there with different bracelets because they bought day passes. Before the opening, every day there was a long line and it was difficult to get a seat. This needs to be regulated. If most of Fiesta rooms occupied, you should not sell extra passes. And the waiter should not concentrate on large groups because then couples and singles get neglected. We ordered a burger, waited 45 minutes and as a result went to eat at another restaurant, they simply forgot about us, the waiter said that it was the chef's fault, chef said that was the waiter's fault. Very unpleasant. And you definitely need more umbrellas for each place. Most people want to relax in the shade. This first time was not a very good experience with Sonne Club. But overall it didn't spoil the whole holiday. Thank you for your hospitality, we will come again in the summer.

Fiesta Americana Resort
The service on the beach was awesome. Sergio, Luis and Giovani were very attentive, friendly and quick. I couldn’t ask for a better team. The resort was very nice and close to all attractions. The whale watching excursion was awesome. I would definitely come back.

We loved it
Carlos, Andrés, and Predro were wonderful to us! We didn’t even have to ask for some things they anticipated our needs and got us drinks and shade before we even had to ask. The rooms were a bit small but the food and the service 100% made up for them.we loved it here
