Very good experience. Enjoying. 5++. Food was delicious. Great services. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Moreover the staff was very attentive and followed up multiple times for refills and suggestions. Atmosphere was calm.

Definitely recommend 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️always Miriam and Jose making the best of all the cocktails, drinks etc.
Miriam and Jose are the best great service always , they’re always with a great big smile 2nd year coming to Playacar Sandos. Love love so this place so much, all the drinks , cocktails, etc, definitely recommend, They both make a great team have great customer service and great smile

LOVED IT! Amazing Wedding experience.
I have to say, we just got back from the Sandos Playacar and it was EPIC. We got married there, and Ricardo our wedding coordinator- couldn’t have been better on any level. He was helpful since day one, and went above and beyond!! Anyone considering visiting, don’t think twice. Trust me.

We last visited Sandos playacar 11years ago and we can see the decline in the rooms in the adult only section,we did have to change room after 3days as the air conditioning was so loud we couldn’t sleep.trying to change the room tho wasted 1/2 a day of our holiday.also the check in process takes forever and there was a lot of stressful people in the queue which was not surprising after such a long flight. The festival buffet was the same every night which i did get fed up with,i do have to mention luciano who was great. We did eat at the steak,Italian and French restaurants which were very good. We went to the cup cake cafe most days which was great,also had lunch at the burrito/taco place which was nice.i did feel like it was like the rich and poor side of the resort regarding wrist bands which didn’t make me feel great.knowing you couldn’t go into places because you had the wrong colour wrist band. All in all it was an ok holiday,we paid 3k which was probably overpriced. If it was 2k then i think that would have been fair. We wouldn’t go back unfortunately

I cannot say anything but wonderful things about Sandos Playacar. Absolutely amazing. The beach is fabulous, the grounds are stunning, and the staff is the very best ever. Huge shout outs to Rox Hernandez, by far the most outstanding Concierge! Maru Betancourt, wonderful Royal Elite Manager! And Humberto, awesome Food & Beverage Manager! Rox has gone above and beyond on SOOOO many occasions to make sure that not only my husband and I receive the utmost care, but also ALL of the guests we have brought throughout the years are treated with outstanding service and made to feel like family. All I have to do is mention something and Rox already has it taken care of. From special dinners to special deliveries, she truly goes above and beyond with service and hospitality to make each of our stays unforgettable!! 100% top notch, exceptional hospitality!!
