Very relaxing trip, September is the slow time of year and was not crowded. Amazing pool area and direct access to the beach. Nice long stretch of beach. Great restaurants on site and friendly staff. The concierge staff in the lobby is super friendly and always willing to help out or answer any questions. Lucy, Jose, Bertha and Lucia are awesome!

Miguel is the Best!!!
Miguel was the best pool attendant and we were so grateful for his kindness and attentiveness to our large group each day at the pool. He remembered what we liked and never left us hanging. He did a great job accommodating our kids and their needs for all the fun drinks. Thank you Miguel for a great week!!!

We had all inclusive and had to request the refrigerator to be stocked. We had to constantly request wash cloths. Also, shower gel in the shower. The last night of my stay, I always visit the spa for a massage and hot tub and sauna experience. The hot tub was not hot. I expressed it to the staff, and they were very non- chalant. The massage was awesome. The tea afterwards to relax was cold. Again, very non chalant. The restaurants on property are AMAZING! The servers are AMAZING! Martin, Enrique, were AMAZING! Diego at check in, AMAZING! The activity staff, AMAZING! So, overall not too too bad

Ama omg cuisine and relaxing
The rooms were so clean and spacious. We were greeted every time we stepped out. The food by the pool was so delicious, we had agua chile (and added a little more salt on our own) the kids couldn’t get enough of the banana split right by the pool. Door dinner we tried Italian (delicious and nice view on the beach), steak house (an amazing service with live music), and my kids favorite the Japanese restaurant. I can’t tell you how amazing the waiters were at the Japanese restaurant! We went almost every night even if I had dinner somewhere else JUST because my kids loved the food so much. When we would come in our waiter would already know our order and they would make me a new handcrafted drink to try each time. Thank you Luis and Pedro for giving my family such great service at the Japanese restaurant.

Very modern building. Appealing layout. Friendly staff. Excellent Japanese cuisine. Julissa is an outstanding Concierge - very professional and responsive. It’s great they enforce the “no saving of pool chairs” policy by throwing a towel on it, abandoning it and expecting people not to sit there. Overall, recommend checking this resort out!
