J Carlos was an amazing server, he was so sweet and attentive. A 10/10 server must have him during your dinner he will make your night. We never went with out drinks or good at any time. Food was so good best on the resort. am beyond impressed with the customer service I received! Every interaction was pleasant, professional, and incredibly helpful. The team was quick to respond, attentive to my needs, and made the entire process seamless. They went the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and caring team in customer service these days. I truly felt valued as a customer and would recommend their service without hesitation. Top-notch support!

Great Breakfasts at the Sandos Finisterra
Thank you Arturo and all the staff at Don Diego's for making our breakfast very enjoyable. Good assortment of food and the omelet bar is great. Fresh fruit, good coffee, and an assortment of breads and pastry's The view of the marina is good and relaxing to watch when eating breakfast

Best Employees Ever!!! And Service
Where do I start? Nelson & Alberto from Don Diego restaurant are excellent waiters!! They speak English & so personable. Enjoy talking to them every morning!!! Always making sure your mimosas never run dry😆😆 Alvaro in Luggage….. what can I say? He’s been in our lives for 27 years that we’ve been coming here….he is now a friend to us! Ask for Alvaro to bring your luggage to you!!! He’s the Best! Rodolfo the bartender at Tortuga!!!! He’s the best bartender and has also been there for years….when we first started coming here 27 years ago when we were in our 20’s he was our guy!!!! Cruz the waiter at Tortuga is also excellent!!!!! So friendly!!! Finisterra is an awesome hotel and you will love it. The employees make it feel like home to us every year!!! Oh how could I forget to mention our Butler Abraham!! Wow!!! So attentive and maki g sure we got our cabana every day!!!! Thank you to all of you at Finisterra for making us always feel special💕💕

Spa Del Mar at Sandos Finisterra.
First time spa experience, and we did the couples massage. Malu and Diego did a remarkable job. Only 25 minutes, but worth every second! The desk host Federico was super professional and helped us through the whole process. I will be doing this again!

Beautiful, delicious food, kind staff, can’t wait to return
Juan Carlos was wonderful and treated myself and my friends so well at the white party and Tortuga! Tortuga was delicious! Sosa at Agave was our favorite bartender and made us the best drinks the entire trip! He was so kind! Xochil and Ricardo treated us like royalty during lunch everyday at Agave! We ate here several times and never had a bad meal! They took the time to get to know us and we got to know them. Truly wonderful men! The rooms aren’t anything special, but you’re not here to spend time in the room! Get outside and enjoy the pools, activities and wonderful staff! We can’t wait to come back!
