The pillows are the fluffiest I’ve ever felt! All jokes aside Jaime and Gilberto provide top notch service, exceptional experience and bottomless drinks all night. Kudos to them. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the most positive experience

The food at this restaurant is excellent!! You get a very good service here, espically Cristian is a perfect waiter! You have got a lot of varieties and he guides you nicely and with entertainment through the evening. I only can recommend to come here for dinner.

Mibsam was the best!
Mibsam was truly excellent and took amazing care of us at the reception bar. It became our late night spot. Also Luis and Guillermo at the main pool were awesome and made great drinks. The food was ok at most places. Poseidon had the best buffet and is only open for lunch.

Best vacation destination
We stayed at the resort for a family wedding. This was such a memorable event. The resort is breathtaking and the perfect place for a destination wedding. I highly recommend

Sumptouri Japanese ala carte was ala mazing!
Chef Alfredo came out to say hello and we welcomed the opportunity to praise his culinary skills. The main dish special of the day was so tasty. Mouth watering. Christian was our waiter and he was personable, attentive, and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this restaurant… and hats off to Chef Alfredo and server Christian.
