Excellent resort and customer service. We went with our extended family, including toddler up to teenagers - and it met the needs of all ages. We loved the cupcake cafe and the amazing hot and cold beverages - like starbucks! Family pool was the warmest and quiet to meet our needs. Swim up bar was great and pool food/drink service was incredible. All staff were helpful and wanting to ensure we had the best time. Loved the patio and views of marina at the buffet - breakfast was delicious and there were so many options at dinner to make everyone happy. The restaurant at the pool was great for lunch! We loved the ceviche and shrimp tacos. Highly recommend - also I left a valuable piece of jewelry behind and when I called the resort they actually had found it! They marked it in lost and found and then safely ensured it's return back to me when I called to identify it. This was above and beyond excellent customer service - thank you to the concierge and front desk/lost and found team.

I love Cabo
Cabo is amazing I love it here staff is amazing the food is 10/10 as a picky eater the food choices were excellent and you can see the whales from the resort and some of the restaurants and I 100% recommend the painting class the teacher is so funny and over all had on amazing time

Our 1st time 2 week experience
The rooms are clean, the resort is always kept clean, staff is helpful and friendly. Virginia always has a smile for you and super efficient. Resort is smaller so they make you feel as a person not just a number. Room service was excellent and efficient

Incredible medium sized resort! Service was over the top. So many names to thank and appreciate the great hospitality to- a few to name are Alberto at Don Diego for breakfast, Marlen at cupcake for the best latte, Angel at the adult pool and Fernando and his entertainment staff!! So many amazing and warm hearted staff to thank who made this trip one to remember and want to come back to! Centrally located to downtown marina, Sandos was the perfect spot to escape the busy tourism, yet also book access tourist excursions easily from the resort. 10/10 for all ages. Food was fantastic, service, entertainment! The works for this quaint resort! Gracias Sandos!

TERRIBLE LOCATION FOR ANYONE WITH A MOBILITY ISSUE. CANT NAVIGATE UP AND DOWN SUCH STEEP HILLS. HERE FOR 2 WEEKS AND AIR CANADA VACATIONS REFUSES TO RESOLVE. TOTAL WASTE OF MY VACATION. ROOMS ARE OLD, BATHROOMS SMALL, BED IS HARD, FOOD IS MEDIOCRE. DEFINITELY NOT 5 STAR AS ADVERTISED.
